I showed up for my cats appointment today at 08:15 to have my cat fixed and noone was there. We did not get a phone call, text, or email canceling. I left work 2 hours early to make this appointment, drove all the way to Bloomington, just for noone to be there, and no notice whatsoever. This is highly unprofessional. Whats funny is they have a policy where you have to put down a deposit and if you miss your appointment you forfeit that money. I call the phone number and its a full mailbox. Do not recommend

Jan 07, 2025 · Danielle FergusonComplete scam. Charged me 60 dollars just to apply and after some complications i need to cancel my appointment, especially since my card is on file, i dont want to be charged a non attendance/late fee. But for some reason in the past week or so nobody can be bothered to answer the phone. The scheduling line auto-rejects your call and tells you to leave a message in a apparently full mailbox, then if I try calling the bloomington line they NEVER answer, I left a message a few days ago, never heard back, and now that mailbox is full too. Very weird and roundabout way to steal peoples money. glad im gonna bring my cat to a clinic that knows what a phone is.
Jan 06, 2025 · Koi LynnFast, simple, inexpensive spay for our kitten. They were great. Just make sure you sign up on their website, as it's difficult to get through by phone.
Jan 30, 2025 · Joshua OhmerI had a Yorkie poo spade last year. Everything went fine + they pulled a rotten tooth. Got rid o infection
Mar 08, 2025 · Myra BakerI have been to both clinics. They are both top notch! They do a wonderful job. Prices are very reasonable.
