Dr. Berk and Canyon were so very thorough during my first appointment with my two cats. They are personable and genuinely care about my cats. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the whole staff is friendly. Highly recommend this animal hospital!

I used to really appreciate the previous owner. I’m not saying Dr. Mina is bad; however, I think that the technicians aren’t as pleasant. I’ve heard them in prior appointments talking poorly about clients and their pets at their desks when they left. They were talking about the technician I was working with as being slow when they were in another room. It made me curious what they would say if I weren’t in the room. The last few times I was there they had me waiting in my car for an hour with my dog which is beyond frustrating. It happened again today and didn’t check up or give a status update. I had to call and ask for an update as I had waited almost 50 minutes in my car to ask when should I expect to go in. They still didn’t know how much longer and they’d ask the technician. I had already considered leaving but the service I had today finalized it for me. The experiences I had under previous manager were more pleasant than the visits I’ve had in the last few months.

Dr. Mena and the staff at Pers Ahoy are caring and loving. They explain everything and are prompt, I never wait more than a few minutes to get into a room. We have been clients since 2016 and have always received excellent care for our Sparky.

The staff is friendly and caring, especially Canyon (one of the techs) who went above and beyond and patiently listened to all of my concerns with a smile on his face. Dr. Mena is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mina and the amazing care he provided for my dog, Luna! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Mina took the time to thoroughly explain every step of Luna’s treatment and made sure she was comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for her well-being gave me peace of mind. Luna is usually a bit anxious at the vet, but Dr. Mina and his team went above and beyond to make her feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Mina to any pet owner looking for top-notch care!
