PetHealth UrgentCare - Wyomissing

Let me just start out by stating that anyone who rates PetHealth Urgent Care Wyomissing less than 5 stars is just absolutely ignorant and unreasonable. Now for the review: I absolutely love PetHealth Urgent Care and all the staff. I take great comfort in knowing that this facility is available 7 days a week, as all pet owners know, situations can occur! This pet clinic and staff are beyond AMAZING! From the front desk staff, to the vet techs/nurses, to the vets themselves, especially Dr. Fausel. I have brought 3 of my pets here, and each time the care my babies received was compassionate, professional, thorough, and considerate. Even when it was determined that my eldest cat would not recover and we had to let him go, the vet and staff made us and my cat comfortable and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. I trust PetHealth Urgent Care with my furry kids care. You should too!

From the moment I walked in the door, I knew I had come to the right urgent care for our kitten. Nia at the front desk is so kind and friendly, and knows her job so well, that I was immediately convinced that I had made the right choice. The Doctor and her assistant confirmed that feeling. They are so kind and caring, knowing how to treat the parent of the four-legged patient, as well. Their prices are very reasonable for an urgent care, unlike most others which will gouge, knowing you are stuck between a rock and a hard place. All in all, I am extremely pleased with PetHealth Urgent Care, and they will be my first choice in time of need, even though there are others closer to home. They are the best!!!

Today, I visited PetHealth for the first time with my sick pet. The process from start to finish was clearly articulated by every staff member. Professional, pleasant, and educational are words I would use to describe the experience and the people. Thank you!

Had a very good experience. They treated my shy extremely skittish cat so gently that she remained calm and tolerated the exam and whole visit well. I was impressed. Thorough. Explained options well. Great insight.

I want to start by saying I rarely do reviews but the Pet Urgent Care in Wyomissing deserves some recognition! My husband and I have a colony of ferals we take care of, in addition to our own indoor cats. We had a litter of kittens we have been caring for over the past three months. In November we noticed one developed an infection in her eye. We brought her in and the staff was amazing! They checked her out and gave us medication for her to clear up her eye. They followed up with us a few days later to see how she was and we have since decided to keep her as an indoor cats. Just yesterday another one of the kittens seemed “off”, so I called first thing and they had us bring him in. Again, everyone was so nice and thoughtful. The poor baby who we called Buddy was severely dehydrated and having difficulty moving. They did everything they could but unfortunately in the end we had to make the painful decision to euthanize him. They were very compassionate during the entire treatment up until the end. We cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to deal with the staff, everyone from the front desk to the vet techs and the vets themselves are amazing at their jobs! If you ever find yourself in need of an urgent care for your pets definitely visit them!
