Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Lake Buena Vista

OMG run to this place right now! They are AMAZING!!! We were so concern about our little baby girl having pain in her tail. We found Petfolk today and after many bad experiences at different veterinary providers we decide to give a chance to Petfolk! We got the membership trusting that this time we will find a good place. For our surprise this place was amazing, the staff went over and beyond to help our furry baby, they dedicated time to make her feel comfortable, approaching her with treats and sweet words they got her trust! We didn’t had to force her to let them do the job. They explained everything, and were always open to explain it again, even gave us extra information to read (this was about a possible medication we will have to use, but still amazing to have extra info just in case we ever need it) We left that place with a smile on our face and our minds in peace! If you are trying to find a good place, this is the one, they are truly caring about your pet and not your money❤️🙏🏻 this vets are out of this world. Thanks to Dr. Ruben P. I can't say enough good things about this location and their staff. We saw Dr Saffold, Sarah, and I think the second tech/assistant was Shannon. My dog Riot is anxious and came in with an open wound, and the staff could not have been more gracious and understanding. They were so patient with him, took extra steps to make him comfortable, and he was all patched up within an hour. I was genuinely concerned about the cost, which I let them know early on in the appointment, and they were very transparent about the pricing. No surprise fees at the end. They went over the options with me and explained them in detail, so I was able to make informed decisions about Riot's care. I think this place will be our regular vet location moving forward!

We had an incredible first visit to Petfolk! They did everything possible to make our cats comfortable and were very transparent about everything being done. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, and the facility itself seemed to be in good, clean condition. I’m glad we found them as our new vet!

Over the past 20 years, I've visited numerous vets while rescuing and caring for five dogs. This clinic stands out for its transparency regarding procedures and treatments. You can even watch your dog through a glass window, and if possible, they allow you to be present in the room during certain procedures. It's rare to find a place that encourages you to see what they're doing, even during blood draws. I would give this clinic a perfect 10 stars, and we're thrilled to be part of their community. Our little guy Chico has been suffering from allergies for a bit, we tried everything in the book to try to manage them and then finally decided to bring him to the vet. We were nervous that maybe his health was declining due to his age, or something far worse, but were so relieved that it was allergies, just as we suspected. After reading such good reviews, we decided to try out Petfolk. Normally our dog gets medically dismissed a lot because he is 15, but the staff & doctors were super kind, empathetic and really listened to our concerns. They were able to give him an allergy shot and we have our boy back! He is playing again, super energetic and sassy. We truly feel like the shot has breathed back life into Chico. We are so looking forward to bringing Chico back for his next shot, and getting the membership. Thank you guys for helping us keep Chico in good health, we appreciate it more than you know! 🧡
