Went to go pet my dogs nails trimmed. Showed up at noon. After waiting ten minutes a sales associate helps me and tells me it’ll be about twenty to thirty minutes. Told them I’ll be back in a little while. Show back up at 12:35. After waiting about ten minutes I believe the manager helps me. She checks me in and I sign the papers. Tells me that the groomer will be done in a few minutes. After about five minutes the groomer finishes up and puts the dog away. While waiting patiently a customer approaches the counter with a dog. The groomer checks the dog in and walks behind the door and starts trimming the dog; completely ignoring me. Would not recommend this place. Very disappointed especially because they accept walk ins for nail trimming.

Requested heartworm testing and mentioned more than once to not prescribe a specific one. The attending vet ignored request and now I am unable to order the preferred treatment for my pup. To have changed, they want you to meet them at next day or location when now messing with their prescription, my dog has not received treatment for two months. Next time, please listen and do not write. Simple request.
