I am so happy to have found this place! Two of my cats have visited so far and Dr Von and staff were the absolute best. The first was sadly to euthanize my sweet cat Gus. and Dr Von was so compassionate. Luna cat visited yesterday. They are always so polite and professional up front and as always Dr Von was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. Lastly their prices are so good! I can actually afford vet care again for my kitties with them.

Mar 13, 2025 · Shannon NobleOur rescue used this clinic multiple times for surgeries never a issue always paid at the time of service, never missed an appointment and recommended them to everyone I could in the area. However after a verbal disagreement with the practice manager due to me posting trying to find a clinic with availability, since I couldn't get an appointment through them after multiple attempts... The manager listed our account as no service. So when we called in during an emergency, I was put on hold and eventually informed what the manager had done. But don't worry I was free to call back later and "try to work it out with her". Yeah I will absolutely pass and I will absolutely be letting all the rescues I referred to them know because its pretty sad when a individual in a professional setting puts something as petty and trivial as a VERBAL disagreement in front of the well-being of the animals... that's just disgusting.
Mar 07, 2025 · Casey WhiteheadBoogie went for his follow up on his eye injury. Everyone at the petcare of Newberry is wonderful. I love taking him to a place that is genuinely as loving and caring as they are. And he is so happy that he got a smaller cone for his head so now he can play with his ball and eat out of his bowl better. Thank you everyone at PetCare of Newberry!!!!
Mar 05, 2025 · Tracy JulianI don’t recommend petcare to do anything with my animals. Took my dog in to get fixed n he came home not even 2 hrs later he bled out n had to get another surgery that cost me $600. Don’t take your animals there if you love your pets.
