We had to take our Bangel here because our vet was closed, and he had an abscess behind his right ear. The staff was friendly. There was a wait, but I appreciated that they let us wait in our car and called us when they were ready for us. They were able to drain his abscess and put in a drain in a pretty, timely manner. The cost did seem high, but I don't really know what to compare it to. The office visit, if I remember right, was $75, and the surgery was over $600. We went back after five days, and they removed the drain and stitches, which was no extra cost...thank goodness.

We brought our senior dog down for end of life. He was 15 and so very loved. The staff were super good with him as we brought him in and the nurse explained the process [ as we had put down a cat some 10 years ago ]. They were so good with us and showed us so much sympathy. The doctor explained the process again and they gave us as much time as we needed with him before he passed. My daughter and I left the room but I propped the door open to see the doctor confirm he had passed fully. At no point did I feel rushed to leave, nor did my husband [ who stayed in the room after ]. As we were leaving everyone gave us privacy. The cremation services that they use were beyond exceptional. It did take 12 days for us to get him back, but the quality of actual care from the services was amazing. We did receive a letter from the staff at PetCare Clinic along with nose imprints as well as paw imprints. From the cremation service we got a clay paw print, a certification of cremation, some hair as well as a beautiful blue velvet bag that came with Crow. Honestly I will always speak so highly of this clinic and it has become our new clinic for the rest of our pets. Please come here, these people CARE about you and your pet. They were so loving and caring and empathetic, HONEST CARING HUMANS, not just caring because their job needs them to pretend.

Very reasonably priced. Staff was kind and understanding. Walk in clinic, so no appointments. They do prioritize euthanasia situations ahead of non emergencies and allow you time with your pet, before and after. Clean throughout. The veterinarian was professional, a little cold, but honest and considerate.

Brought my asthmatic cat here early on a Wednesday morning because he was having breathing issues - couldn’t be happier with the experience and I am so thankful they took such good care of him. They immediately triaged him and put him on oxygen, figured out what might be going on, and came up with a very comprehensive treatment plan to cover all of our bases. Every single person I interacted with was friendly. The price for his care was VERY reasonable especially considering he was hospitalized and on oxygen pretty much all day. As a long time animal rescuer I’ve had a lot of experiences with emergency care over the years and this is hands down the best experience I’ve had.

I was babysitting a cat for a couple who were out of town for the holidays. Penny (the cat) had a health issue and this PetCare Clinic saw her and did a quick procedure. Thank you for being understanding and accommodating with the owners over the phone. Penny is back to normal.
