I can't say enough about this place. A great staff that truly cares about the well being of your pet and also you. We thank them for helping us with our beautiful Coco. She will forever be in our hearts. The kindness and compassion shared with us helped to keep us strong in some challenging times. Highly recommend this location.

Brought my Doberman dog in staff was really friendly with him and the food was great ! Laura our waitress was very attentive with our dog. 10/10 pet friendly restaurant

Is a language barrier always your excuse to dismiss your customers’ concerns, Dr. Johnathon? I’m deeply disappointed with how you handled the communication regarding my dog’s dental procedure. It seems you’re always too busy to listen patiently and instead rush through every conversation. I brought my dog to Petcare Animal Clinic for a dental procedure after clearly discussing with Dr. Johnathon that the treatment would include removing plaque, rotted teeth, and inflamed gum tissue. However, after the procedure, I realized that the inflamed gum tissue was not removed. When I called to clarify, Dr. Johnathon claimed it wasn’t specified on the paperwork and that I would need to sign additional forms for that. If this was the case, why wasn’t it explained to me beforehand? As a customer, I don’t know the ins and outs of your paperwork – it’s your responsibility to guide me through it. His dismissive response to my concern – “Why don’t you listen to yourself and see if you understand yourself?” – was unprofessional and disrespectful. On top of this, no aftercare instructions, follow-up plans, or cautions were provided post-procedure. I had to ask about everything step by step, which should have been clearly communicated without prompting. I expected a higher level of professionalism and care from Petcare Animal Clinic, but this experience left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer care in the future

Dr. Chew is truly such a wonderful vet and our Mochi was taken care of every single time we went and he always returned our calls. Only thing that prevents me from giving the clinic a 5 star rating is that they are very old school and don't do email correspondence, so if we need Chewy to verify a med, we need to go to the clinic to pick the physical prescription and or copies of records. We made the difficult choice to switch to somewhere closer to us as we are in Forest Hills. If you're fairly local to this clinic, we absolutely recommend Dr. Chew.

They're the best. The vets here are fantastic and deeply caring, they've taken good care of my cat for a variety of concerns and I felt happy and satisfied each time. My sister moved and felt sad that she wasn't going to find another vet like ours anywhere else, I forget his name but the guy with glasses is just wonderful.
