Not sure how this place isn’t absolutely jam packed full of animals. The staff were all so friendly and supportive. Brought in our new puppy and they couldn’t have been more accommodating to new pawrents. Gary loved the lick mat while the vet was doing his exam! Dr. Jake (not only does he have a fantastic name) he explained things very thoroughly but without being condescending or using too many big words. We could not be happier to make the trip from closer vets in Grand Rapids to this one.

We took our kitty Oliver here for his first visit. We met Dr. Jake Jelsma and found him to be very caring and thorough. I also thought the charges for our appointment were very reasonable! Everyone was helpful and kind! I would highly recommend this practice for your pets!

I have been taking my dogs over there since 2004. I'm happy with their service ,friendly group of people, they care about your pets. Great service.

I would leave ZERO stars for this place if it was allowed. This place was a horrendous experience, for us, from beginning to end! If you have to bring your pet to the Vet PLEASE for the love of your animals take them some place else! Our cat had stopped eating but was still active and his normal self. After the first visit they had sedated him to the point he never ever recovered! Before any testing or anything they kept mentioning the "potential" to need an Emergency Vet... Yet they still swindled us out of hundreds of dollars for no answers and no results only for us to HAVE to bring him to the Emergency Vet anyways the next day. At which point, this Vet has wasted so much of our time, that he was gone less than a day later... The staff seemed to not care and gave blasé statements to any question asked! It's a joke of a business with so little sympathy for their clients that they took the time to send a letter telling us that we're "not welcome" at their facility - DESPITE US ALREADY TELLING THEM TO TAKE US OUT OF THE SYSTEM! Under no circumstances would we return to this clinic. Seriously, I implore that you take your animals elsewhere for ANY veterinary care! Literally wish we would've just walked out right after walking in. Genuinely believe our cat might still be alive had we received more quality care.

I have a chihuahua who hates people (shocker I know) and the staff was so respectful of the little man's boundaries. I helped hold him while he did his physical and while they gave him the rabies shot. My little man hated it but it meant a lot for how they cared for him. Oh, and it's pretty affordable so I'd recommend going here for that too! *Feriocous Chihuahua in question*
