Welcome to Pet Vet Animal Clinic
Welcome to Pet Vet Animal Clinic, located at 393 Main Rd, Vineland, NJ 08360, USA. As a pet hospital serving the Vineland community and surrounding areas, we aim to provide veterinary care for your animal companions. Our clinic can be reached at (856) 697-5550 or +1 856-697-5550. We understand that when your pet needs medical attention, timely and effective care is paramount.
Based on recent customer feedback, Pet Vet Animal Clinic demonstrates the ability to offer prompt appointment scheduling. One pet owner who recently acquired a kitten with an eye infection reported being scheduled quickly and seen for their appointment right away. This suggests that the clinic prioritizes accessibility and aims to accommodate patients in a timely manner, particularly when dealing with acute issues.
Furthermore, the same positive review highlights the clinic's attentiveness to the animal during the examination and the provision of necessary treatment. The pet owner expressed satisfaction with the care their kitten received and indicated a willingness to recommend Pet Vet Animal Clinic in the future based on this positive experience. This suggests that the veterinary staff is capable of providing appropriate medical care for common pet ailments.
However, it is important to present a balanced view based on all available feedback. Another, more detailed review offers a contrasting perspective on the overall experience at Pet Vet Animal Clinic. This review mentions a positive aspect: the ability to secure a same-day appointment for a sick dog, which again indicates a degree of accessibility. The administration of antibiotics to the dog is also noted as a positive action taken by the clinic.
Adding a unique element to the clinic's environment, the second reviewer mentioned a "very sweet office kitty" that greeted them upon arrival. The presence of a friendly clinic cat can contribute to a more welcoming and comforting atmosphere for some pet owners, potentially easing anxiety associated with veterinary visits.
Despite these noted positives, the second reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with their overall experience, primarily citing poor interactions with the female staff members, including the veterinarian. The reviewer recounted a lack of friendliness, genuine concern, and compassion from the initial phone call through to leaving the office. This feedback suggests potential inconsistencies in the clinic's customer service approach.
The reviewer detailed a brief consultation with the veterinarian, lasting approximately six minutes. During this time, the reviewer felt their description of their dog's symptoms – runny nose, sneezing, cough, difficulty breathing, little to no appetite, and lethargy – was met with dismissiveness. The reviewer interpreted this interaction as indicative of a lack of genuine concern and a perception that the visit was merely a transaction. This raises concerns about the level of personalized attention and thoroughness some pet owners may experience.
The reviewer's negative experience led them to conclude that the staff may have been prioritizing an early closure and that they would not be returning to Pet Vet Animal Clinic. This strong statement underscores the significant impact of perceived poor customer service on a pet owner's choice of veterinary care provider.
Based on the available reviews, the environment at Pet Vet Animal Clinic includes the presence of an office cat, which some may find comforting. However, the contrasting review highlights potential issues with the interpersonal interactions with the staff, suggesting that the human environment may not consistently convey warmth, empathy, or a sense of genuine care to all clients. This inconsistency in reported experiences makes it challenging to provide a definitive description of the clinic's overall atmosphere.
Regarding services, the positive review indicates the clinic can diagnose and treat common issues like eye infections in kittens. The negative review mentions the provision of antibiotics for a dog exhibiting symptoms suggestive of a respiratory illness. This suggests that Pet Vet Animal Clinic offers basic medical care and pharmaceutical dispensing. However, the brevity of the consultation in the negative review raises questions about the depth of diagnostic procedures and the extent of treatment options discussed in all cases.
Features of Pet Vet Animal Clinic appear to include the ability to accommodate same-day appointments, which can be a significant benefit for pet owners dealing with urgent health concerns. The presence of an office cat might be considered a unique, albeit minor, feature that could appeal to some clients. However, the contrasting experiences highlight a potential inconsistency in the level of care and attention provided by the staff, which could be perceived as a significant drawback by some pet owners.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Pet Vet Animal Clinic in the provided text. Local users interested in learning more about the clinic's services, hours, or any potential special offers are encouraged to contact them directly at (856) 697-5550 or +1 856-697-5550.
In conclusion, Pet Vet Animal Clinic in Vineland, NJ, demonstrates the ability to provide timely appointments and necessary medical treatment for certain pet health issues. However, recent customer feedback also indicates potential concerns regarding the friendliness, empathy, and thoroughness of the staff interactions. Prospective clients may want to consider these contrasting experiences when making decisions about their pet's veterinary care and may benefit from contacting the clinic directly to gather more information and assess whether it meets their individual needs and expectations.

Recently came into a kitten that’s had a bit of an eye infection. Pet Vet was able to get me scheduled quickly. Saw me for my appointment right away. Was great with my kitten and got me the treatment needed. Will definitely recommend in the future!
Jul 06, 2023 · Anthony PantelionePros (reasons for the 1 star) vs Cons Pros: Got my sick dog in the same day Gave antibiotics Very sweet office kitty greeted me Cons: Unfortunately, my experience with the women at this office (including the Dr.) was very poor. After calling two other vet clinics that weren’t accepting new patients, I chose to follow thru with an appointment here because my fur baby is sick and, based on the good reviews from years past, I had hope that the Dr. would be better than the woman who answered the phone… However, from the initial phone call to leaving the office, we received no friendliness, genuine concern or compassion. They both were dry, bordering on rude. Dr. spent 6 minutes with me and my dog, and looked at me as tho I was crazy when I described my dog as having “a cold” - runny nose, sneezing, cough, difficulty breathing, little to no appetite, lethargy. Clearly just a “job” and the easiest $110 they’ve ever made. I suspect they just wanted to close early. I will not be returning.
