Everyone that interacted with Willow were so caring and friendly. They explained everything in detail of her procedure and kept us posted. I called later after we brought her home to ask a question and again so friendly and compassionate. Highly recommend them.. Just an all around awesome experience for our dog (Willow) and us. Took my Nelson in to be checked today for possible upper respiratory infection and came in pretty nervous. Eleanor was so nice and Dr. Stone was awesome! My Nelson can be pretty spunky but Dr. Stone was understanding and was patient. I received a lot of good information as well which was thankful for. Although went to urgent care, for sure me and Naughty Nelson will be back to yhe main office. Thank you all for making this experience less stressful❤️🐯

Pet Urgent Care was there for me and my pup, Gizmo, on a holiday (NYD) when Gizmo suddenly was very sick. We were led to an exam room immediately after walking in. I received constant updates from staff while Gizmo was going through testing when separated from me in the back. Every staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable. I knew Gizmo was in good hands. We got a diagnosis same day and plenty of meds for Gizmo to start feeling better. Highly recommend their care.

All of the staff here At urgent care were Exceptional from the receptionist to the Tech to the Doctor they kept me informed every step of the way about my baby Marley. They did Took wonderful care of him. And made him feel so much better, and try to save me money anyway possible. If I ever have an emergency, this is the place I will bring my babies to 100% of the time.

This was our first experience with Pet Urgent Care of Wesley Chapel. The entire staff was extremely helpful, compassionate and professional. We were taken right in and informed of our pet's treatment results as it progressed. The office itself was clean, warm and inviting. We will most definitely use their services again if needed.
