My friend and I rushed our 4-month-old kitten to this clinic after she got her neck caught in the bed frame. Anyone who loves their pet can imagine the fear and shock we felt. She was breathing but completely unresponsive, and we were terrified she wouldn’t wake up. We explained exactly what had happened. The staff recommended an X-ray—which we agreed to, as we were concerned she might have broken her neck. However, they also insisted on pumping her stomach “just in case she got into something.” We declined, knowing that wasn’t the case. After the X-ray, they confirmed she hadn’t broken any bones but noted that she was still in a lateral position and unable to stand. I asked if she was still breathing and if she was okay. They mentioned that after administering an IV, she moved slightly and wagged her tail—giving us hope since she hadn’t moved at all when we brought her in. Then, they suggested additional blood work. I refused, believing that if her neck wasn’t broken, she likely just needed rest. Instead, I asked to take her home. They insisted she needed to stay overnight for monitoring—at an additional cost we simply couldn’t afford. When we asked to see her, nothing could have prepared us for what we saw. She was dead. She was hooked up to machines, her eyes lifeless and almost out of their sockets. I was devastated and furious. I turned to the vet and asked, “Do cats come back from this? Will she wake up?” His response? “The prognosis isn’t good.” I broke down, feeling completely taken advantage of—not just emotionally but financially. In the end, we were charged $1,000, only to lose her. If you want to be scammed and mistreated in your time of distress, this is the place to go. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau because what they are doing is unethical. Obviously they deserve 0 stars.

They took amazing care of my dog! He had been attacked and needed emergency surgery and they took care of him right away and it’s been two weeks and he is healing so nicely! Oscar was so attentive to everything we needed and helped make sure everything went smoothly as well!

This urgent care vet visit was incredibly disappointing. I left feeling like they took my money without providing any real answers. My dog's eyes have been drooping, and their only explanation was that it could be due to "old age." If your pet's issue isn't truly urgent, I'd strongly recommend waiting to see your regular vet. This place seems more interested in taking your money than providing effective care.

My dog came there for an ear infection on 12/31/24 and they said they checked everything and treated him for an ear infection. 6 days later his condition has gotten worse. Fast forward to today he’s at his regular vet and they said there’s no way possible his condition has been treated due totaling the severity of his ears. I was hesitant about taking him to an urgent care anyway. But this sistiation has shown me otherwise. I feel they just wanted the money. I will be disputing my charges.

So thankful for the vet staff! They handled our pet emergency with such professionalism and kindness. They worked hard to ensure that we could work around our tight budget and still get amazing care. We are especially thankful to Oscar for taking the time to go over everything so thoroughly and with such understanding! We will be recommending pet urgent care to everyone we know. We know life happens and it's so amazing to know there's a team like them to be there when it does.
