Took my Shorkie and Border Collie to get chips and examined. Vet seemed like a nice older gentlemen. Very kind and gentle with my dogs. The Assistant / receptionist was also very kind and great with mine and my partner's dog. I got a good feeling there.

I called and inquired about the cost of teeth cleaning for a 30lb dog and was quoted $443.00 by the receptionist. Since I am a senior and on a limited income, I confirmed I could afford THAT and scheduled an appointment and arrived early on the scheduled date. At arrival, the vet signed me in, aware of my dog's scheduled teeth cleaning, only. He asked about additional services, which I repeatedly declined, yet he continued to promote them. Upon returning to collect my dog, I received an unexpected bill of $658 00, covering procedures I hadn't previously authorized at drop-off. Extra charges included pre-op examination ($50), Chem 10 CBC ($200), and heartworm test ($58). What could I do? I knew they wouldn't give my dog back unless I paid the bill. My sister wrote a check for the remainder, and we left feeling duped. Suffice it to say, I would never bring my dog back, and you'd be well advised not to either. It saddens me to think that veterinary work has shifted from a noble calling to just another business.

This clinic is so fantastic! As an anxious, overprotective cat mom to skiddish kitties, i was very impressed with Lindsay's ability to reassure me, and all the staff's ability to keep my kitties calm and happy.

We love our neighborhood vet clinic! My dog Ernest literally LOVES going to the vet. He gets so excited when I open the door and can’t wait to go back with the vet techs. My dog gets foxtails in his ears all the time so we come in a lot, and the clinic has always been so accommodating for us to drop him off in the morning and squeeze him in when they have time. They are great at communicating too! Our favorite vet tech is Lindsay, my dog loves her so much and you can really tell Lindsay cares for the patients so well and loves her job too.
