Pet Stat Animal Urgent Care

We had to rush our dog to Pet Stat tonight due to a cruciate ligament tear. The facility is beautiful, warm, and welcoming, as well as the staff. They went above and beyond to help us with our pup. She is a large breed dog and is difficult to manage. They took such great care of her during her evaluation. Dr. Payne thoroughly explained the situation and what our next steps would need to be. He is an exceptional doctor. His veterinary technicians are also exceptional. I am super thankful that they are here and will be coming back if there is ever another urgent situation with our pup. Many thanks, and I would highly recommend Dr. Payne and his facility.

My dog got a big cut on his leg so I brought him in to Pet Stat. The staff were super friendly and very helpful! They took care of my doggie even after he popped his stitches days after. The facility looks great! They had a lot of new equipment and a clean environment. I would highly recommend taking your pet to Pet Stat!

This was the best pet experience I’ve had in the last four years of having my Golden Retriever. I have never met a vet who cares about their animals more than Doug. Vicky was amazing too-They were both so kind and patient. You can tell that they truly care about treating their animals and making them feel better. They spent time getting to know us and our dogs behavior and built an amazing rapport. The building itself is also so beautiful and clean as well. We will definitely be recommending to friends and family and coming here for our pet needs!

I went to Pet Stat tonight 4/7/25 with our dog, he got a bite wound. Only found out about Pet Stat from word of mouth and so very happy I did. I called and they were able to get us in right away!! So welcoming to me and my dog, went above and beyond, explained everything to me, they loved our dog. They took such GREAT care of him!!! Walked away with them getting return clients for pet urgent care. They are more the 5 stars for your pet!!

Took our 13-year old Bulldog to PetStat on Sunday, April 6 due to an apparent stroke. Our dog was 80% lame and extremely unstable. Receive swift attention and from the initial phone call(with Kylie), to the vet tech (Lexi) that took care of us, the people couldn't be more professional and friendly. As for Dr. Payne, just a terrific guy. He told us the good the bad and the ugly. Gave us his personal experience with the exact issue he had with one of his dogs. He told us that we would be on “nursing duty” for a while but don’t be surprised if she experiences improvement within three days and hopefully a complete recovery in two weeks. As I write this, only 36 hours after our visit to PetStat, our dog Kona is walking, going outside, is no longer confused and Lord willing, on her way to a complete recovery. Dr Payne’s prognosis was dead on accurate. And as an update, we received a follow up call from him this afternoon as we called his office early this morning to let them know Kona was doing better. We can’t praise their services and personnel enough. Their fees are reasonable and in our opinion, they leave the “corporate emergency hospitals” in the valley in the dust with respect to their professionalism and actual care for our pet.
