I have never experienced a more friendly, professional, kind, and thorough exam for my 12 yr old pup. Dr. Lloyd and her staff went above and beyond my expectations. She gave me all the time required, being a new patient and the prices were very reasonable. I left confident that all my questions were answered. I will absolutely be going back.

I went to Pet's Best when my vet was closed and my almost 17 yr old dog had to be put to sleep. They were very kind and gentle. They made a horrible time in our lives a little bit easier. They let us take our time with her even though they were closed. Their price was more reasonable than the emergency vets too. They gave us some of her hair, a clay paw print and her ashes are in a beautiful wooden box with her name on a gold plate.

We have always loved bringing our dog Cooper to Pet's Best Friend Veterinary Hospital and would never consider going anywhere else! Katelyn and Carina are always so kind, loving and gentle with Cooper and they are so patient with his quirks and fears. He is a big mush and love bug and they acknowledge this and always make such a huge fuss over him when he is there. We are so appreciative of all they do!

The quality and care Dr. Decker and every single one of the techs that we've interacted with has been exceptional. You can tell they have created a community of staff that genuinely love animals and love what they do. They always take the time to thoroughly address any concerns you may have about your pet. As an owner of an anxious dog, Dr. Decker will literally get on the floor with her to comfort her during an exam or one of the techs will go out of their way to let us know how much they enjoyed meeting our dog.
