I take both of my fur babies to Pet Medical Center and I can’t say enough good things about this clinic!! I’ve been able to see both Dr.Nichols with my cat Nemo and Dr.Grey with my Dog Winnie and they have taken the best care of my fur babies!! Every member of the staff from the front to the back make you feel seen and heard, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work! If you are on the fence about at veterinarian or in search for a new veterinary clinic look no further these ladies are amazing!

Pet Medical provides the best care for animals! They have taken excellent care of all three of my dogs, including two extremely feisty Miniature Pinschers. The staff genuinely loves every animal that walks through their doors, often knowing them by name. Their personalized approach and deep compassion make a world of difference. My dog received the best care possible with Pet Medical Center. I am always anxious about taking my dog to the vet as he can get very anxious and make it hard on the Vet & Vet Techs. They were patient with him, thorough, and even reassured me that it is completely normal for some dogs to feel more anxious at the vet. Dr. Nickels, Rachel, & Shelby took excellent care of my boy. I have found my forever Vet!!!

I've had a lot of vets over the years. I even worked for one on and off when I was younger for about 10 years. I can honestly say I've never been so impressed. I can not recommend Dr. Nichols and the staff at Pet Medical Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee, highly enough for their exceptional care. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendliness and professionalism, and they display a genuine care for the well-being of your fur baby. My kitten, Indy, has received both a declaw and a recent spay procedure under their expert care, and the experience has been outstanding. The declaw was so perfectly performed that you couldn’t even tell the procedure was completed immediately after—there was no visible sign of discomfort or issues. My kitten is currently recovering from her spay with no issues, thanks to the expert care she received. Dr. Nichols and the team treat your pet like their own, ensuring the highest level of comfort and care throughout both procedures. Each step was handled with precision, and Dr. Nichols took the time to thoroughly explain every detail, addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. The clinic itself is spotless, and the staff are friendly and professional, creating a comforting environment for both my kitten and me.
