We love coming to this Urgent Care. We now have taken our golden retriever here, who received an emergency obstruction removal surgery. He was saved by the amazing vets there a few years ago. So naturally, when our cat had an infection, we brought him here. From the receptionists up front (Carolyn/Caroline—unsure of spelling), to the technician (Misty), and our Dr., we were again so thoroughly impressed by the level of care we received. The doctor explained our options and gave us all possible treatment actions and Misty was awesome taking care of our Gatito. He is on the mend with a follow-up appointment in a week. We love these guys and travel quite a distance from up the mountain to take our furry loved ones here.

Our 12 yr old dog has a broken ankle & they set it as we determine what the best option for her. They immediately gave her pain medicines, a Sedative, ex-rays, put her in a hard cast, & we took her home. We appreciate the friendly, knowledge & no pressure attitude because sometimes time is the best option. Especially at her age. I would highly recommend them again.

I've had very good experiences here with my two cats, mini and Liio I brought them in as very small kittens (maybe three to 4 weeks old? 5 weeks?) and they helped me out with providing medicine for them, advice and follow ups when they had giardia. They really helped me save these two because I was for sure panicking when I, first, found them. The staff is super nice and compassionate. Great sense of humor and my cats did very well as kittens with them! They send me reminders for when they need their shots updated. Dr Adams is wonderful! She explains everything and mentions things that are pertinent, patient, and I enjoy having her as my cats provider at this hospital. They do get fairly busy; so they do have a cut off because they get so many patients. So I would suggest calling ahead to see if there is a cut off or if they are able to see your fur child to avoid getting turned away. They are good at communicating. They do have a sister ER hospital about 10 mins away from this location! I do have to say get pet insurance if you can, two kittens got pretty pricey lol

Been taking my fur baby here for over a year now. I remember the first time I brought my Princess in was because I notice something was wrong. She wouldn’t eat or play anymore and she’d here and there, I took her to a few vets and they all were either denying her cause she was a little aggressive or they’d tell me she was fine and nothing was wrong, but I just knew deep down something was wrong. So I brought her here as a last option. I didn’t care the cost of the bill,. The staff is wonderful! I let them know she can be feisty and they had no problem in checking her out. They know their way around pets. Dr. Adam’s was amazing.. She immediately felt her belly and knew something was not right and took care of her right away. I can not thank these amazing people enough. They literally saved my baby’s life that day. Been bringing her here ever since. Even for her nail trim

Thank you for this facility. Let me start by encouraging the staff at this facility. You ARE doing great work. Unfortunately , you will have hard days dealing with the emotions of the public. Why? Sticker shock. My wife and I just picked up our Sweet Delilah that was attacked by coyotes we believe, She actually went after them and fell into their trap (Just a hungry bunch)TOTALLY my fault becoming complacent to the dangers. Although it could have been much worse she did receive a good lashing of bites. The staff was completely caring and thorough in care and recommendations of care. With something like this it is best to get it all taken care of as you never know what's in those bites. My wife and I each make $20.00 per hour and live check to check. When we decided to get pets, we had to understand they can cost us , and made the choice to be able to do what we have to do in caring for them. Which brings us to the bill. Yes, for us this bill was absolutely expensive. Sticker shock was hard, so I sympathize with that. But I had to ask myself, is this a fair price coming from a hospital that is providing all the things they need to help our animals in a very expensive So. California. And the honest answer is YES. I cannot imagine what the overhead is for them in this state. I would prefer these costs over the alternative of not having a place to go. I will do side jobs and recover, meanwhile being grateful for such a facility, even with the waits. Be encouraged staff, you are the best , all of you. Nobody is perfect , 5 stars does not mean perfect. It means this place is absolutely doing their best to provide the best service to all in the community in my opinion. Be well everyone! Hope to never have to see you all again, but if we have to, we are so happy to know you are there. :-) BTW We authorized $2800 in care, and was credited Near $700.00 for treatment they ended up not needing to do after further examination. THAT is integrity, very important!
