GREAT FACILITY!!! Staff is friendly, courteous , and knowledgeable. Clean and considerate to all pets. My adoptive babies are healthy and love their forever home.
Nov 18, 2024 · DEEI highly recommend this place, staff was very friendly, both when I first adopted my girl and when I came back for her to be spayed, when I adopted her the staff was concerned about her finding a good home and was very thorough and professional with the application process and seemed legitimately excited when I was approved and taking her home. With her spay, her incision healed super quick and the day after the surgery she acted like nothing had happened. Over all definitely will come back when I look for another dog in the future!
Apr 26, 2024 · chlo910North Shore Animal League is great! From the adoption process to the vet services that they offer it is all run and staffed by caring and lovely people. The pet health center takes care of your pet like they are one of their own. They explain everything to you so that you know what is going on. They answer all questions you may have knowledgably.
Mar 29, 2025 · Amie HannaWhenever I call the people answering are always very rude. The receptionist’s were pressuring us to get our dog fixed at 3 months when we wanted to wait until he was a little older and made us feel like we were being irresponsible for waiting, when ultimately it’s our dog and our decision. Also there were a number of times that we had left the office and already paid and they call us for additional payments that they forgot to charge us for. They made me drive 45 minutes to get my dogs prescription instead of sending it to a pharmacy closer to me so I can pay an additional fee that someone forgot to charge me for when I picked my dog up after his surgery, which I had already paid for. We will not be returning to this vet.
Feb 25, 2025 · Hannah FitrakisThey saved my dog twice. When she was a newborn she aspirated due to us bottle feeding and they cared for her and saved her life. 10 years later my dog got pyometra and they performed another life saving surgery. Please trust them with your pet because there is no place better than them. They don’t do it for the money. They do it because they love animals ❤️.
