We brought in our 8 year old dog in the ER for multiple issues. Dr. Langrall was amazing. She was thorough with the exam - despite our little guy being tense, anxious & muzzled. She was able to recommend a multitude of tests and imaging. This is the first Vet staff that has been able to successfully carry him to the back without us having to walk him or carrying him back. We were shocked at how well they handled him! The pricing of the services is well worth the care our little guy received! he is recovering & doing much better. Our concerns were heard and addressed. I highly recommend Dr. Langrall! Keep up the great work :)

Mar 23, 2025 · Jessica HernandezThe staff at this hospital were amazing. I came in with a 4-hour old puppy that could not nurse from the start, and as soon as the staff realized the situation i was in, they jumped into action in ways you rarely see - even at a human-ER. I was given ample time, attention, information, and supplies to take care of the little one and returned home to start giving her the care she needed. She unfortunately did not make it, but it was to no fault of Pet E.R. in Hunt Valley. I appreciate the chance I was given to love on this puppy and give her the quality of life she deserved while it lasted. Thank you.
Mar 27, 2025 · Jehuti (Jehuti)Every single staff member we interacted with was nothing but kind, compassionate and caring. They took very good care of my girl, even in her last moments. They did everything they could and were supportive in every decision I made and provided me with the reassurance and information that I needed for the entire situation. I cannot thank them enough, and while hopefully I won’t need their services again, if I do I would gladly bring my other babies here in a heartbeat.
Mar 22, 2025 · Jada StevensonMy beautiful poodle, Kala, spent time in the Pet ER after it was determined she had pneumonia. This was my first visit to the Hunt Valley ER site. As with all previous visits, we were treated with kindness, exceptional care, and timely updates. The new facility is much more comfortable and seemed very well staffed. No one wants to have an emergency with their pet, but it’s comforting to know there is a top quality care facility in the area. Thank you to all the staff at PetEr.
Feb 12, 2025 · barbara plunkettThis place was great. I had to rush my dog there when she was sick on 01/24/25 and she stopped breathing a couple minutes before I could get there. So I rushed her in telling them that she wasn’t breathing any more and they didn’t hesitate to tell me to run her around to the side while coming with me showing me the way. As soon as I laid her on the table they immediately took control and there were soo many great people there to try to help bring her back to me. Sadly she didn’t make it but they were soo nice and caring.
