I do love the doctors at Pet Doctor but had to leave them today because of the rude and not helpful front office staff. I tried to make a same day or even soon appt which I have tried in the past. They refer you to the 24 hour care which is expensive. I have to agree with one of neighbors who said "they are good but you always need a back up plan" and basically I need one vet....sorry Pet Doctor I am out!

I’ve taken by puppy Bella since they opened. Great service from the start to the finish. From the pet vets to the veterinarian they all offer great service and make Bella feel as comfortable as possible during our visits with them.

Recently had to take our senior Brussels Griffon in for a chronic cough. Dr Nelson was great, compassionate,knowledgeable & easy to talk to. I was concerned my dog , Gizmo had heart failure. Dr reassured me our dogs heart was strong, but given his history, felt it was most likely collapsed tracheal. Discussed treatments & for now we are being conservative since Gizmo isn’t a surgical candidate. Wrote a script for one medication if cough becomes more frequent. Peace of mind having Dr. Nelson throughly check Gizmo over. Also our tech Candy was excellent & passionate about her job! I highly recommend this office & have seen each vet there as I volunteer w San Tan Animal Rescue. Great care at a very fair price.

I would recommend Pet Doctor to everyone who loves their pets. If you want to get the best care for your fur babies without feeling the pressure of a used car lot, Pet Doctor is for you. The focus is on a healthy pet, not how much they can charge you. The vets and the staff are knowledgeable and caring. They listen and answer questions without making me feel rushed. I have found the veterinarians that I trust and will stay with. Dr Hardt is absolutely amazing.
