I feel the experience was very smooth! I didn't feel rushed and the doctor took the time to explain, listen to our concerns and provided with a strong plan for our little guy. He is always very vocal but yesterday he was very well behave. Additionally, I appreciate their flexibility to allow us to bring my little girl too (she can’t stay home alone). The staff were super friendly and welcoming. In the event anyone wants to see the fur babies!

Oct 10, 2024 · Luis GonzalezNyerera was a great welcome, getting us set up and loving on my cat, Gnocchi, a bit. She was incredible during my funny checkout experience that required too much math for either of us (a joke, I was paying cash and she was patient when I misheard the total). Dr. Levy was kind, thorough, and took her time during the appointment, never making me feel rushed. I felt like we crafted a care plan together, rather than having one forced on me. Marcus was very sweet, loved on Gnocchi a ton, and worked well with Dr. Levy, the notes from the appointment were a huge help. Looking at the skin samples under the microscope to provide a diagnosis and treatment right then was cool to see! I believe it was Sage who did that, and the way the team worked together felt seamless. I felt heard and, much more importantly, like my boy is gonna get good care. (Not for nothing, the office is gorgeous!)
Feb 24, 2025 · Destiny GayzDr. Levy and her staff we absolutely wonderful with my dog (and me!) They spent a great deal of time reviewing history, examining him, explaining options and coming up with a game plan. We're confident our dog's skin issues will be well addressed.
Feb 24, 2025 · Mary DempseyThe Dr. was gentle with Russell and very thorough. She explained everything in detail and was respectful of my feelings regarding commercial dog food. We agreed on an initial conservative approach to see if this would be enough to clear Russell's yeasty ears.
Nov 24, 2024 · Cyd MendelsonThis office was phenomenal. The entire staff and doctor were so thorough and kind. They already knew so much about my dog prior to the appt. The Dr and team sit you down and spend so much time talking and explaining; you don’t feel rushed or unheard. The office itself is so clean; I didn’t even feel like I was at a vet! The price is very fair for the amount time explaining and how thorough they are. 10/10 will continue to bring our little shih tzu here!
