We were naturally anxious, but they put our minds at ease every step of the way. Zelda ended up losing quite a few teeth, but thanks to their expert care, she's now happier, more energetic, and pain-free! The team was not only skilled but also incredibly informative, ensuring we knew exactly what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Their dedication didn’t stop there—they followed up to check on Zelda’s recovery, which meant the world to us. We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had an excellent experience with the Gilbert office! Dr. Mead and the whole staff were very informative, always on time for our appointments and just very easy to work with! We felt so comfortable leaving our Lola in their care! We already booked our other dog for a preventative cleaning since we had such a great experience!

We took our senior girl, Panela, in for a routine dental after learning that Pet Dental USA builds in X-rays to help cost of their services. Panela is a small Chihuahua mix prone to teeth overcrowding and infection. From scheduling to consult to procedure through aftercare, I have been more than impressed and grateful for the professionalism and transparency of this staff, especially Dr. Mead. Panela's labs came back abnormal, so we put her on antibiotics and visited her primary vet at Dr. Mead's recommendation. We ultimately got Panela ready for surgery, and all went well. This practice is thorough, friendly, communicative, and truly does put the pet's wellness first. Not once did I feel like anyone wanted to push her through surgery without regard for her risks or complications. We have 3 other dogs. We will be back and will recommend to everyone we know! It was a bit of a drive for me to bring my baby boy here from downtown Phoenix, but it was well worth it! They are a full-service vet, too. It's never easy to find a good vet, but I'm glad I was referred here for my dachshund puppy's neuter and removal of two puppy teeth that weren't coming out on their own. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, from the front desk to the techs. Dr. Kerry Mead is amazing and explains all care options. I was very surprised at how reasonable the cost was, I was expecting to pay 2-3 times more than I did at Pet Dental. The facility is new, clean, and very nice. I will definitely be making the drive to come here again for future dog dental or surgery needs.

I couldn't imagine taking our pup, Lola, anywhere else! Dr. Mead and her staff treat every pet that comes through the door as if they were their own. The consultation was extremely informative and spelled out very clearly what we could expect once Lola came in for the actual cleaning. There is a lot of comfort in knowing they focus on dentistry and nothing is being overlooked when it comes to Lola's dental care. I want Lola to be able to be as happy and healthy as she can be, and her dental care is a big part of that. I wouldn't trust anyone else with our pup!
