Pet Clinic of Brownsburg

✅I’ve been attending the pet clinic of Brownsburg for as long as I’ve been a pet owner. There are some problems I’ve had but the clinic is always quick to remedy the issues. ✅Dr. Woodruff always makes sure to come in and explain the issues until I have no further questions and has compassion for whatever the issue is. ✅The front staff’s kindness can be hit or miss depending on when you go, but Michele is AMAZING, thorough, and is always on top of what needs completed. I know that every time I come in she will looks forward to loving on my bull dog, but even more than that she checks in with how I am doing. She goes above and beyond and the clinic wouldn’t be the same without her. At my most recent past visit she grabbed a blanket and squish-mallow and got on the ground to love on my pup until she stopped shaking (seen in pics). She’s also had knowledge on the bulldog breed and given me tips and tricks that she uses that have been super helpful in my decision making. ✅A tech, at my most recent visit, blew me away with her kindness. She rechecked at my 3rd visit for something done during my 2nd visit to make sure that it was done properly by the team and didn’t charge me. (Wish I knew her name!) ✅The techs come in with multiple pricing plans and then allow you to make the best decision for your dog and your wallet $$. Without making you feel pressured. Which is HUGE. ✅The clinic takes efforts to do tech visits and not vet visits in order to save you money and they are transparent on that which I love. ❌I wish scheduling could be online and prices were more transparent but at the end of the day it’s still my go to clinic. ✅Although I’ve had issues with the clinic in the past, especially when the other veterinarian was a part of the practice, not woodruff, was there, but overall I see them improving and I’m grateful for their attention and care.

They got my cat in the same day and were able to get him the surgery he needed! Such a blessing to our family! Everyone is SO KIND and they explain everything and make sure you know how much you’ll be paying and how to best care for your furbaby during recovery! Highly recommend! They even had a room specifically for cats with a cat tree and the calming cat plug in!

If any one is looking a new vet, I highly recommend pet clinic of Brownsburg! I've taken my animals there for years. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure my sweet girl is taken care of. She loves going there so much when we start going that way she starts her pitter-patter feet, crying, and shaking she is so excited. It just shows how much they love on her and care for her while she is there! I am so grateful for all of the extra time we have gotten with her thanks to Dr. Woodruff and his amazing team!

This place will kill your animal DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE.. on top of the other bad reviews, i was at work and my mother in law bring my cat here for fever and lethargy, they give my cat pain meds and ship my cat out with a 381 dollar charge, they gave us 3 days of pain meds and thats it, they told us to call them if she goes down again, she did. we called, it took the vet 3 days to prescribe 3 more days of pain meds that were not effective at all in treating her. The vet lied about a blood test they did, and i know they lied because my cat has an infection that is being taken care of by antibiotics. which this place said there was no infection just "fever of unknown origin" is what my invoice said, on top of everything we were forced to pay in cash, and while i was waiting for cash to come they tried to get me to pay what ever i had in my pocket.. Im not sure whats going on here, but this place needs to be shut down before more animals lose their lives because of the greedy negligence of this place

Fantastic Veterinarian and office staff. I have taken my poodle here for 7 years and I am very pleased with the level of service. Highly recommend.
