I can't express enough gratitude to Dr Jasmine Hoveland for saving my dog's life. When my dog suddenly fell ill this past weekend, we were frantic and desperate for help. Unfortunately, our first stop was an emergency vet clinic that failed to provide the care and attention we needed. But Dr Hoveland was a game-changer. From the moment we walked in, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and a clear commitment to saving my dog's life. She took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, get his blood work done, identify and explain the diagnosis and treatment options, and answer all our questions. Thanks to Dr Hoveland’s expertise and quick thinking, my dog received the life-saving treatment he needed. We were kept informed every step of the way, and the team's kindness and empathy made a difficult experience more bearable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch veterinary care. She and the team are true heroes, and we'll be forever grateful for their role in saving my dog's life.

We absolutely love Pet Central. All the vets are amazing and the front desk staff is so helpful. I can’t imagine taking our dogs anywhere else. They are also super helpful with finding the most affordable options and return all your calls and answer your questions!

The staff here are so amazing and so sweet. My hamster recently passed away because of falling ill and partially old age as well and Dr. Ngo was so caring and supportive through the whole thing. She’s very knowledgeable with hamsters and has had her own hammys in the past she told me. She talked me through the whole process when we knew it was time to let my hamster go and was really considerate of my feelings throughout every visit I had there. The staff were really supportive as well and gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye before it happened. They even sent me a sympathy card afterwards signed by all of the staff there and had a sheet with pet loss resources to reach out to if I needed it too. Overall I was really blown away by the care that the staff here provided and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family in the future. Thank you pet central!💟🥹

Was there on March 22, 2025 for a second time for the same health issue/diagnosis. Our first exam and post op surgery went smooth 2 years ago and Prices were way more reasonable. This time we had to do a whole new exam which was $85 for just weight, verbal work up and stethoscope heart and Breathing check. Everything else was extra. Last time exrays were $100 now they start at $230 and I have a cat. The whole exam with getting meds prescribed took a total of 10min from start to finish and the vet didn't leave you with much hope and didn't really see the pet as family just an animal. We will not be going back and will be looking for second opinion elsewhere.
