Luna, the dog I’m fostering, began to scratch at her ear & upon looking, I realized it was red and inflamed. PCP was able to get Luna an appointment and address the issue. From booking my appointment all the way until walking out of their doors, I had a wonderful experience! The receptionists are amazing- kind, soft spoken & genuine (even over the phone). The vet techs and veterinarian were also kind, compassionate, thorough & knowledgeable. The prices for an urgent care vet are unmatched! For the visit, ear cleaning, take home medication & heartworm check we walked out paying $217.10 (this included a 4% up charge for using a CC). I would definitely recommend PCP & will use them for any needs in the future 😊

So thankful for the staff there when I noticed my kitty having issues with her eyes late in the day & no vets had any openings. They really helped ease my mind & get my sweet kitty on track to recovery from her high blood pressure. Absolutely 100% recommend. Staff are so sweet!

Our dog was scheduled to be spayed today and we had opted for the pre-surgical bloodwork which was recommended. It was discovered that our dog had some things that showed up on her bloodwork that could have made anesthesia and surgery risky. The veterinarian recommended waiting. I really appreciate Pet Care Plus being cautious and taking this very serious. I also appreciate them doing this the right way and making sure their patients are safe to proceed with surgery! Thank you!

My cat was not doing well and her traditional vet was unable to fit her in soon enough so we tried pet care plus urgent care, they worked with a treatment plan which fixed part of the issue and knowing cost was a factor they were willing to work with me and also get me a low interest care credit line while securing the test she needed, after the test results came back with the worst news they assisted myself and my children with the most compassion I could've asked for while putting her to sleep and ending her suffering, they were so kind helping me to compassionatly help the kids understand that this was a difficult decision but the right one. What an amazing group of people. This was the hardest thing as a father I've had to do. I had to put down a pet, apart of our family for 15 years and yet they made it seem as if everything was going to be okay, thank you so very much for you kindness and compassion! Told me my dog looked like he had spreading cancer & wouldn't give him anything without tests.keeping my poor dog suffering.Took him straight to blue pearl they took one look & said it was infected hot spots gave me two type of pills caphalexin & prednisone to get rid of it & said he'll be fine.Pet care was very patronizing when explaining the cancer.just looked at more of their reviews & their horrible. Please do not take your puppy here please!! (Update cause I care about my dogs)you say I didn't listen your wrong your vet didn't listen I showed her active hot spot tried to show her where one is just starting under his neck & a spot thats healed w hair 50 percent grown back she did a quick pat down never looked under neck at the one just starting I explained also that's how they all started so she's shes one that didn't listen.its not my fault she doesn't know the difference between cancer & a hot spot. Pearl took their time & looked at everything I mentioned slowly & carefully. It's vets like you that give vets a bad name.enjoy!

The staff here is amazing. I had a serious medical emergency with my kitty and my regular vet (Pearson Pet…who are equally amazing) could not get me in so they referred me to PCP. I did not know this place existed but I do now and it is a hidden gem! They greeted me by name when I walked in as Pearson had already called ahead with information and to let them know I was coming. In the end we sadly had to choose to euthanize, however, the staff laid out options for us to make an informed decision. They treated me and my GiGi cat with true compassion and caring. I will 100% recommend PCP to anyone! Thank you to the entire staff for everything that you did for us!
