The doctors are very helpful and the ladies at the front desk are very helpful. Have taken my dogs there in the past and will continue to take them ! Very pleased with the service I have gotten !

I’ve taken my pets here previously with no issues, I recently took our new pup here and asked for blood work with his first visit due to stomach swelling after eating that was never done instead I was told that was normal after a fecal exam. After his first puppy round of shots I called complaining of some side affects that didn’t seem right and was told it’s just a “small reaction” so I waited over a month for his next round because I was skeptical I asked them not to do the other shots just rabies and was told that’d be possible, when my husband returned with him that day he immediately was off he was dry heaving and just not right I again immediately i checked the invoice and sure enough he wasn’t given his rabies shot but instead all other shots and STILL NO BLOODWORK. I called them since I was working and asked them what is wrong with him and was told it’s normal, my dog then began breathing weird. Every time I said something else I was told it was normal. My sweet boy passed not even a week later. When I rushed him there they told me he “probably died from low blood sugar” which is inaccurate I have chihuahuas and know the signs to look out for. I asked for an autopsy and was told a actual cause wouldn’t be given just what it “looks like” happened but that auburn could do it for a little more with a definite cause, when asking if we’d be able to get him back for a burial we were told they “didn’t know” and to call auburn. Honestly this has scarred my husband and I, we were not listened to at all and in the end we lost our dog with no one taking responsibility.

I took my canine by the name of (Juice) to Pet Care Center. By referral I was told that they have the best prices in town, and they also have very good Veterinarians. Juice was doing really bad with reoccurring kidney stones. Dr. Jonathan did surgery on him . Fixed the issue permanently. Dr. Jonathan really cares about his patients. And juice is doing wonderful!! I'm so grateful for Dr. Jonathan for giving my canine baby the best care . Juice loves 💕 The Pet Care Center. When juice has appointments there. I don't have to force him to enter, he gets excited and jumps out of the car and run inside every time lol! The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Mrs. Jackson

My pup was recently diagnosed as diabetic. This place has been extremely dedicated to her needs and very reasonable price wise. I appreciate every from the front desk folks to the vets, I'm very glad I have you on this journey to keep my furry child well.
