My experience with Dr Venable was amazing. A cancer diagnosis for my Bella felt devastating and I needed a doctor I could fully trust with this process. Dr V. relieved my stress 100 fold by ordering the most effective tests so that we were able to make the most educated decision for our sweet dog. I am so thankful that this online service exists. The coordination between the general Vet and Oncologist was seamless. I can’t thank Dr Venable enough for her prompt, receptive and knowledgeable expertise with this stressful time in our lives.

Dr Venable takes patient care to an ultimate level. She was able to walk us through all the details in easily understood terms while also providing in-depth information on viable solutions. Throughout our conversation on the WebCam, Dr. Venable took detailed notes, so I could always revisit the conversation if needed. Anytime I had a question, the response time was very quick. Dr. Venable was able to work with our local veterinarian to provide a team oriented approach with A+ support. I highly recommend.

Dr. Venable provides a wonderful service to our clients, patients and my staff. She is able to effectively communicate and address the many facets and concerns associated with treating pets with cancer. Her approach is one that clients really resonate with. As an instructor Dr. Venable provides my staff with valuable education on the safe handling and administration of chemo drugs to insure that my clients and patient shave the best possible experience.

My dog was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and we were having a difficult time getting an appointment with a veterinary oncologist. One of the clinics recommended reaching out to Dr. Venable. We filled out the online form with Pet Care Cancer Consulting and she reached out the following day. She worked diligently to assist us in getting an account set up with our usual veterinarian, and gave us names of other veterinarians we could use to complete a telemedicine consult with her as soon as cytology was finalized. Although we didn’t end up using her services as we were able to get an emergent visit with a different oncologist in town the day we received finalized cytology, we would still highly recommend Dr. Venable. She was one of the only people to provide us with any peace of mind after the initial diagnosis, which was greatly appreciated.
