The Batavia Office of Perry Veterinary Clinic operates with a clear focus on efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care, as highlighted by client testimonials. The environment is one where even under busy conditions, such as a high-volume spay/neuter event, the staff and doctors function "like a well-oiled machine." This indicates a well-organized facility capable of handling significant caseloads while maintaining a high standard of care. The atmosphere is consistently described as kind, knowledgeable, and caring, fostering a sense of trust and comfort for pet owners. The clinic emphasizes treating pets "with love" and providing a "tender care" that makes a significant difference to clients. While specific details about the physical layout are not provided, the operational ethos suggests a practical, clean, and well-equipped setting designed for effective veterinary practice. Their hours of operation, including extended weekday hours and Saturday availability, further reflect a commitment to accessibility for pet owners in the community.
As a full-service "Pet Hospital," Perry Veterinary Clinic - Batavia Office provides a wide range of veterinary services, aiming to meet the diverse health needs of dogs and cats throughout their lives. Their offerings likely include, but are not limited to:
- Wellness and Preventive Care: This is foundational to their practice and includes routine physical examinations, age-appropriate vaccinations (such as Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Leptospirosis, Bordetella for dogs, and FVRCP, Rabies, FeLV for cats), comprehensive parasite prevention and control (including heartworm, flea, and tick prevention), and personalized nutritional counseling. Regular checkups are emphasized to detect health issues early and prevent costly treatments.
- Diagnostic Services: The clinic is equipped with modern diagnostic tools to accurately identify and monitor health conditions. This includes in-house laboratory services for rapid blood work, urinalysis, and fecal exams. They also utilize advanced imaging such as digital X-rays to assess skeletal injuries, organ health, and other internal conditions.
- Surgical Services: A full range of surgical procedures are performed, including routine spays and neuters (often offered at low-cost for community benefit), as well as soft tissue surgeries (e.g., tumor removals, foreign body extractions). The review specifically highlights their capacity for high-volume spay/neuter events for feral animals, demonstrating their surgical efficiency and humane approach.
- Dental Care: Comprehensive dental services, such as professional cleanings, extractions, and oral health assessments, are provided to prevent and treat periodontal disease, which is crucial for overall pet health.

- Pain Management: For both acute injuries and chronic conditions, they provide effective pain management strategies to ensure the comfort and well-being of their patients.
- Pharmacy: An on-site pharmacy for convenient dispensing of necessary medications and prescription diets.
- Acupuncture: Available for both dog and cat services, indicating a holistic approach to pet health and pain management.

The review detailing 29 low-cost spay/neuter surgeries for feral cats, working hand-in-hand with the Genesee County Humane Society and local animal control officers, exemplifies their dedication to improving community health and reducing the stray animal population. This reflects a commitment that extends beyond individual patient care to broader public good.

This is crucial for a clinic that also handles urgent cases.
- Compassionate and Caring Approach: Clients consistently note the compassion and love shown to their pets. Knowing that their "fur babies" are treated with such tenderness provides immense comfort and peace of mind to owners. The genuine care displayed, even when dealing with emergency situations, builds strong trust.
- Affordable and Accessible Care: The provision of "low-cost savings" for essential services like spay/neuter surgeries makes quality veterinary care more accessible to a wider segment of the community, which is a significant benefit. This focus on affordability, coupled with prompt and attentive service, makes them a practical and reliable choice for pet owners.
- Flexibility for New Clients: The clinic's willingness to "get my Pepper in right away even though he wasn't a previous client" demonstrates a welcoming approach and flexibility to accommodate new patients, especially in urgent situations.
While specific seasonal promotions were not detailed, Perry Veterinary Clinic - Batavia Office effectively promotes itself through its strong community engagement and its commitment to making veterinary care affordable and accessible. Their participation in large-scale, low-cost spay/neuter events is a significant promotional effort that benefits the entire community and showcases their values. The clinic also emphasizes the long-term savings associated with regular wellness checkups, advising clients that preventive care can avert more expensive treatments later on. They also highlight the importance of pet insurance and partner with financing solutions like Scratchpay and CareCredit, making it easier for clients to manage veterinary expenses. These programs provide payment plans for various treatments, from annual check-ups to emergency services and surgeries, making quality care more financially feasible for pet owners. Furthermore, their consistent positive customer reviews, which frequently praise their kindness, knowledge, and ability to handle emergency situations, serve as powerful word-of-mouth promotion, attracting new clients to their compassionate practice.
In conclusion, Perry Veterinary Clinic - Batavia Office is more than just a "Pet Hospital"; it's a vital community partner offering comprehensive, compassionate, and efficient veterinary care. May 10, 2025 · Brian BergmanI am always able to get my cat in to be seen in a timely manner. Everyone at the office is friendly and helpful when I have questions about my cat’s care.
May 16, 2025 · Betsy GriffithThe staff is all very friendly and helpful. Hope is very skiddish of new people and all animals, and Perry Vet goes out of the way to make sure she is as comfortable as possible and helps get us in a room quickly, especially so she doesn't see a dog. I will forever recommend everyone to come here. The staff treats everyone like family!
Oct 30, 2023 · Molly JoA highly professional staff that is incredible. They understood that we simply wanted the best for our new puppy and never tried to oversell us on anything. The office is clean, well lit and no disturbing smells. Rarely can you hear any dogs barking. Additionally, a completely computerized system allows them to track everything. You can even install an app on your phone to get reminders and so much more!
