Brought our 7 month old kitten here to be spayed. Everything about the surgery went smoothly. Our cat was acting like her normal self the very next day. Incision was very nicely done. We had difficulty using the mobile check in which resulted in a long wait time during drop off. I had to go in to check in but staff was very nice about helping me. Can’t beat the price ($115 for our female cat). Best advice is to set your expectations knowing this is a low cost clinic. During drop off, our carrier was put in a line with probably 8 other carriers. We left her at 9 and picked her up at 4. No frills, no updates during the day, no follow up calls. It was perfect for what we needed.

great experience here. i adopted a chihuaua at a shelter who has had a history of fear and anxiety issues from "her previous life" and needed to find somewhere safe and reasonably stressfree for a nail trim. A grooming salon made her too fearful with all the other dogs barking and probably reminded her of the shelter. She would not let them touch her. i found this PFA clinic and it was a great experience for us. i love the real time waitlist and the fact that you have to wait in your car until your turn, so there are no other animals inside to add anxiety for your pet. The desk staff, the vet, and the tech were all awesome. i definitely recommend it here and intend to be a lifelong customer.

Mercedes & Dr.H are hands down amazing. The entire team is just absolutely amazing. A slight complication after my cat got spayed (NO FAULT OF THE PRACTICE, DR, OR STAFF) a situation that was totally uncomfortable, but the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure my fur baby was okay. The communication, the sympathy, the understanding and just overall way things were handled was definitely outstanding without a doubt. I truly believe they saved my cat. My 3rd time taking one of my pets to them and I would recommend them to the world. Great team even greater work

This is my second visit to PFA. For what it is, affordable spay and neuter services, they do a great job. Can't beat it in the area. They do have other services I have not tried. Staff is genuinely concerned for your pets health. But this isn't like visiting your local veterinarian. You don't get to meet the doc. If that's what you are looking for, go elsewhere. A personal referral is what turned us on to the place. I have one more spay to go and will be back. You wait your turn in the parking lot where they have a patient que through their web app where you wait outside till you are texted. Be sure to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time. Make sure you sign in when you get there as it's easy to forget. They require masks. And if driving North on Rt 130, GPS is not accurate where flipping a U-turn is a challenge when there's traffic. Best to access South on RT 130 and watch for street as its easy to miss.

well worth the hour and a half drive. got my kitten neutered and everything went perfectly. he was in great condition, was given medication and a cone, and we were provided with clear instructions. everyone there was super sweet. highly recommend.
