Dr. Trejo was extremely responsive to my dog and his needs, and very professional. I reached out to her and she got back to me the same day. My dog has tumors in the exterior and internally around the butt. He also has tumors in the neck. She was honest, and provided me with all the details (pros and cons). Her service was phenomenal. I am 2 hours away from her Clinic but would drive the 2 hours because I have total confidence in her. She took care of my dog with great care. He came home with me after surgery and is doing well. Thank God for animal doctors like her. She knows what she's doing and her costs are low. From, Mason's Mom

Oct 14, 2024 · Christine CatalanoI take all my foster cats here for spay or neuter, along with feral cats I TNR, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Check-in is efficient, and pickup is always earlier in the day compared to other clinics I’ve used, which I really appreciate. PennPet has been a reliable partner in helping me care for these animals, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality and timely veterinary care.
Oct 31, 2024 · Karryl BoggsVery good first visit with Dr..Trejo at Pennpet Clinic. My chihuaua needed dental cleaning. Dr Trejo was caring and respectful with me and gentle with my dog. Her teeth look great now. I have no complaints. I prefer the text messaging system they use. It is far better than phone tag. My chihuaua and I are very pleased and will definitely recommend Dr Trejo and Pennpet Clinic and will go there again for future cleanings and care needs. 5 stars from us.
Dec 28, 2024 · Victoria ZDr. Trejo is very experienced and explained everything. Just brought our two cats male & female to be fixed. There at 8:10 and picked up at 12. They are still groggy but Dr. Trejo did a wonderful job. The Technicians were great too! Dr. Trejo spent time before and after the procedures to speak with us. Highly recommended for all your pets needs. Thanks again!!!!!!
Nov 02, 2024 · angel contEDIT: Had to edit this review to let everyone know that Dr. Trejo read my review below that I left after dropping off a stray cat to be neutered. She read the review while she was BEING PAID to operate on animals she took out that time to open her email and read an email that alerted her to my review. She then called my phone (remember all while she was supposed to be tending to cats and dogs that she was being paid to operate on), and she told me in these exact words, "I read the Google review that you just left about me. I am not touching your cat. Come and pick him up". I said to her, "you're not going to neuter my cat because I left you a review about the way you treated my husband this morning?". She said, "Yes, I am refusing service. Your cat is sedated, but I am reversing the sedation. Come and pick him up. " We rushed over to get the cat because I had no idea what else this lady would do. She met me outside and saw that I had my camera ready, and then she LIED and said that she never told me that she would not operate on my cat. She lied and said that she read my review and called me to ask me if I still wanted her to neuter my cat and that I said no. Anyone with a brain would know that is a lie. Why would I leave my cat with her in the first place? A review about her nasty attitude that we've experienced before has nothing to do with helping reduce the cat population in pennsauken. She sedated my cat, read the negative review, and then called me to pick up my cat. She took it out on an innocent animal. She sedated the cat for no reason and then threw him out. I have it all on camera. She put my cat in DANGER, and I'm reporting her to the board for animal abuse. The cat was sedated for no reason, then it took HOURS for him to finally become steady and walk again. It is going to be very hard to get him to trust me again to get him neutered. Below is the original review that was made right after dropping off a stray cat to be neutered. Dr. Trejo read the review and called me to pick up my cat even though it was already sedated. See below: Lady vet laughed in my husband's face when he asked for a discount to neuter a stray cat. She said, "What do you care? You're not going to keep him. " Because we help get stray cats adopted. What does she even mean by that? There are around 20 cats on my block that keep multiplying. Since we've moved to this town one year ago, we've neutered 5 cats, which cost us around $1000.00. These are not our cats. These are stray cats that keep multiplying. We're trying to help the situation since New Jersey and Pennsauken do nothing about it. This laughing lady talked to my husband like he was garbage. She even once told us the clinic was open on a Saturday, and we waited in the freezing cold for an hour. All she did was laugh and say, oh sorry I meant Sunday and then gave a $20 discount. We let that slide, but im not letting this lady slide for talking to my husband like he's garbage. ^^^^^This is the review that caused Dr. Trejo to refuse to neuter a cat that she had already sedated. I am so glad that she didn't start surgery and read the review while neutering the cat. Who knows what she would have done then. Her assistant defended her actions. I have it all on camera.
