Just had Georgia in for her nails. They were cut, however are very sharp. They will cut your skin if she is in your lap. I need to find my drum el tool to smooth them up. I will be glad when the construction is complete. I hate that they stopped carrying pet foods and treats in the office, that was so convenient.

I've been a client at this clinic for the past year, and my experience has gone downhill. I can tolerate long wait times, as I understand that things get busy in healthcare, but the consistent hour-long waits on multiple visits have become unacceptable. I was willing to overlook this because I value quality care for my pets. Initially, I was seeing Dr. Parson, who was great, but when she recently left, I had no choice but to schedule with Dr. Gardin, despite seeing numerous negative reviews about her. I decided to give her a chance, thinking maybe the reviews were an exaggeration. Unfortunately, my most recent visit (November 16th) confirmed my concerns. I scheduled an appointment for my dog Ellie’s vaccines, as I was told over the phone that I would only be charged for the vaccines. However, when I arrived, I was shocked to see an additional exam fee on the bill. I questioned the staff about this, explaining that Ellie had an exam with Dr. Parson less than six months ago (July to be exact) and that this fee seemed unnecessary. The assistant went to check with the doctor, only to return and tell me that the exam fee would not be waived. At that point, after waiting over an hour, I felt completely disrespected. Had I known about this exam fee beforehand, I would have scheduled Ellie at another clinic with a provider boasting with better reviews. As a healthcare provider myself, I value compassion and customer loyalty, and it’s disappointing to see that neither were shown in this instance. It’s one thing to charge for services rendered, but it’s another to lack even a basic gesture of understanding when a loyal customer is clearly frustrated. Waiving the fee would have been a small but significant gesture to show appreciation, but instead, I was made to feel like my time and loyalty didn’t matter. This lack of appreciation for clients, especially after the inconvenience of long waits has led me to make the decision to no longer bring my pets to this clinic. There are plenty of other vets in the area that I can trust, and I will be seeking care elsewhere from now on.

Very kind but unprofessional. Charged twice for shots even when asked initially if there will be any other chargers. Came back for boosters and got charged same chargers with no difference or proper explanation. Will up charge you for anything please be aware. Not looking out for your dog mostly your money. I’d recommend elsewhere.

The staff has always been warm, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have been a customer/client for the last 12 years with no complaints.

Can't recommend P'tree Corners Animal Clinic highly enough. After 20+ years of experience with this clinic I continue to be impressed with the professionalism and compassion shown on every visit by everyone we encounter, from front desk to vet techs to the amazing vets. I am very grateful that our elderly dog (now 17yrs but a patient since puppyhood) has received such good and skilled care with everything from routine checkups to treatments for arthritis and vision problems. It brings such ease of mind to know he's in great hands. Thank you PTCAC for all you do, every day!
