I’ve only been here twice, but my time here was phenomenal. My dog Junior was experiencing breathing issues and they saw him right away. They gave him oxygen and X-rays to see what the problem was. He had built up fluid in his chest pushing his lungs to the sides of his rib cage. They kept me informed on how Junior was doing and gave me options on what to do next. I decided to continue and remove the fluid and they made him very comfortable and safe during the procedure. They later found lymphoma cancer cells. They gave me time, sat on the floor with me and Junior and helped me through the toughest situation of my life. I scheduled a day for euthanasia but ended up having to do it the day after because he wasn’t sleeping. They were understanding and took us the next morning after I called. The process was as nice as it could be given the circumstances. They took care of the aftermath and gave me a paw print. I got his ashes a week later like they said and they were super gentle handing me his ashes. They helped me through such a hard time with my dog and I couldn’t be more grateful. This is the place to go to for sure. Thank you.

We love paws and claws. We have taken our animals there since they opened. The doctor genuinely cares about animals and takes time with you and your animal to explain what problems they may be having and how to treat them. She is the best in our book. I would highly recommend Paws and Claws.

Dr. Hanusz always takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does! routine check-ups to more complex care, they handle everything with expertise and kindness. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my furry family members! Highly recommend!

Love this place! Can’t say enough good things about Paws and Claw Animal Hospital. I have brought my two cats here since the day I got them and have loved my experience.
