We are snow birds in the villages and had an emergency with our 4 y/o large doggie. I called Paws, explained the problem and they said bring her in right away. We were seen immediately, diagnosed, given meds and were on our way. The staff was extremely welcoming, kind and so very good with our fur baby who does not like going to the vet. We are so grateful to Paws for helping us through a challenging situation. Thanks Paws.

Feb 21, 2025 · Chris CarobineOur pet passed recently and we used Paws for cremation. We just moved to the area a few months ago and haven’t been to a vet but they were very caring and welcoming. We received a card in the mail with a personalized message from the entire team. We will use this vet for all of our pets, thank you for your care, empathy, and personal message.
Mar 01, 2025 · Casey CarnahanOur retired K-9 Lennox was seen last week by Dr Johnson after a recommendation from our regular vet for an ultrasound to rule out what we all believed was the dreaded C word as x-rays and symptoms looked to be/seemed to be a mass in his belly. We were fit in within a few hrs of calling. When we arrived, Eileen, who was wonderful greeted us and said she would get set up and come back out to grab our boy for his ultrasound. After his ultrasound, we were placed in a room to discuss the results with Dr Johnson. I was dreading what we might be told. Dr Johnson came in and was so warm, friendly, and bubbly. Right away, she told us she saw NO masses, understood why our vet thought he saw a mass, but it turned out our boy was just riddled with inflammation. She educated us on his condition/s, laid out a treatment plan, and said she would be happy to work with us and our vet to keep our boy on track to getting better. The entire time she spoke to us, she sat on the floor with our big guy whom had been in such terrible decline for several weeks, and loved on him. We have followed her treatment plan to a T, and within a cpl of days our boy is back!! He is doing so much better, acting normal, looking healthier, eating, and both he and I have been able to sleep through the night for the first time in weeks. I cannot thank Dr Johnson enough! I went from thinking i was going to lose my boy to, "he's not in great shape, but we'll get him turned around." I have my buddy and constant shadow back and there is nothing greater than that! We cannot thank Dr Johnson and everyone at PAWS enough for everything and we will absolutely recommend you. Thank you so much for treating us so well and for figuring out what was wrong with our big guy.
Dec 08, 2024 · Kim DesrochersCheck your invoice and the care your pet is receiving. My pet was given vaccines I specifically said “no” to and also double charged for other services. They “noticed he was limping”. He was brought in a few months back for his leg and they did not even read his chart! When I called to ask questions, more than $200 was removed from my bill without hesitation! So upsetting our pets deserve better.
Nov 05, 2024 · Jami RossmanNeeded an urgent appt. They took background info over phone. Got us in ASAP. Did the appropriate Diagnostic tests. Nothing unnecessary IMO. The tech and vet were friendly, knowledgeable, listened and asked appropriate questions. Our first visit and will return if necessary when staying in the area.
