Paw Prints Vet Clinic Introduce
Welcome to Paw Prints Vet Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 19220 E Legend Ct in Parker, Colorado (CO), 80134, USA. Operating under the platform category of Pet Hospital, Paw Prints Vet Clinic aims to provide veterinary services to the local pet community. The available customer reviews present a mixed picture of the experiences at this clinic, with one highlighting positive aspects of the care provided by Dr. Amy, while another expresses significant concerns regarding professionalism and communication.
One customer review praises Dr. Amy as an "animal lover" and expresses extreme confidence in the care provided by Paw Prints Vet Clinic, specifically mentioning their pup's heartworm treatment. This positive feedback suggests that Dr. Amy may possess a genuine passion for animals and provide competent medical care, at least in some instances. The reviewer's confidence indicates a satisfactory experience with the treatment received for their pet.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting experience. This customer notes that while their initial encounter was acceptable, subsequent interactions have been "terrible." The primary concerns raised pertain to a perceived lack of professionalism and reliability on the part of Dr. Amy. The reviewer claims that Dr. Amy takes weeks to respond to text messages and exclusively conducts business through this medium. This reliance on texting as the sole mode of communication is cited as a significant inconvenience and a barrier to timely care.
A specific issue mentioned in the negative review involves scheduling the pet's last shots. The reviewer states that these are only administered on certain days, and the prolonged response times from Dr. Amy via text message have repeatedly delayed the appointment. This lack of timely communication and inflexible scheduling are presented as major drawbacks of the practice. Consequently, the reviewer strongly advises against using Paw Prints Vet Clinic and would have given a zero-star rating if possible.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is challenging to definitively characterize the environment, services, and features of Paw Prints Vet Clinic without more comprehensive information. The positive review suggests a caring individual in Dr. Amy, at least in terms of direct animal care. The negative review, however, paints a picture of a practice that may suffer from unprofessional communication practices and scheduling limitations. The reliance on text messaging for all business interactions and the reported delays in response times could indicate a lack of robust administrative processes or a communication style that some clients find unsatisfactory.
In terms of services, based on the positive review, Paw Prints Vet Clinic offers treatment for conditions like heartworm. It is reasonable to assume that as a Pet Hospital, they likely provide other standard veterinary services such as vaccinations, routine check-ups, and treatment for common illnesses. However, the negative review raises concerns about the accessibility and timeliness of these services, particularly vaccinations, due to scheduling constraints and communication issues.
Features that might be inferred from the reviews include Dr. Amy's apparent love for animals and the potential for competent medical care, as highlighted by the satisfied customer. On the other hand, a significant feature, according to the dissatisfied customer, is the unconventional reliance on text messaging for communication and the potential for unreliability and delays in responses. The limited availability of certain services, such as vaccinations only being offered on specific days, could also be considered a feature of the practice's operational model.
No information regarding promotional offers is available in the provided reviews. It is common for veterinary clinics to offer promotions for certain services, especially for new clients or during specific times of the year. To inquire about any potential promotions at Paw Prints Vet Clinic, it would be necessary to contact them directly at (720) 464-4493.
For local users in Parker, CO, and the surrounding areas, Paw Prints Vet Clinic at 19220 E Legend Ct presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While one customer expresses confidence in Dr. Amy's animal care, another details significant issues with professionalism, communication, and scheduling. Potential clients may want to consider these contrasting experiences and perhaps seek further information or clarification regarding the clinic's communication practices and service availability before making a decision about their pet's care. Contacting Paw Prints Vet Clinic directly at (720) 464-4493 to inquire about their services, communication protocols, and scheduling policies would be a prudent step for those considering this Pet Hospital.

Feb 17, 2021 · Gary MaziarzWhile our first encounter was fine, everything afterward has been terrible. Amy lacks professionalism, is not reliable, and takes weeks to respond to your text message, and only does business through texting. We needed to get our animal their last shots and she now only does them on certain days, but if it takes her weeks to respond, it keeps pushing back the appointment. I do not recommend her at all and would give her 0 stars if possible.
