Paw Prints Animal Hospital

My family adopted a kitten from Last Chance Animal Rescue (via Petsmart in Laurel) who ended up showing symptoms of a severe ear infection a few days after adoption. I called and was referred to Paw Prints for assistance. Scheduling an appointment was extremely fast, the receptionist was kind and informative, and the check-in experience after arrival was seamless. The wait time was very reasonable (considering I was running a few minutes late after underestimating traffic between Laurel and Waldorf). The vet techs were friendly, upbeat, efficient, and professional. After my appointment with the vet, they took the time to explain my pet’s treatment plan and medication schedule (while patiently allowing me to reiterate the plan back to them to make sure I understood correctly). The room was also clean and safe. The veterinarian treated me and my pet with patience and respect throughout the appointment, despite likely having a heavy workload that day. He took the time to explain what was going on, provided a high-level overview of a cat’s ear anatomy, and gave me a hands-on demo for ear flushing (a task I’ve never been successful at with pets in the past). It felt like a learning experience, rather than a rushed treatment. Overall, something that started off as a stressful and scary situation turned out to be an excellent experience. Kudos to all the staff at Paw Prints!

This is my go-to veterinary clinic for my cat, King, whom I adopted as a stray. They have been providing exceptional care for him since November 2022. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. As a repeat customer, I highly recommend their services.

The staff here are amazing at what they do. They are all genuinely kind and clearly love animals. The are professional, organized and accommodating to a clients needs to the best of their abilities. They are also extremely reasonable in their pricing in this very expensive world. This hospital is a blessing to this community.

My 1.5 year old Pomeranian has been going to Paw Prints since he was 4 months, they were recommended by a neighbor because of their affordable prices and good care. I’ve personally never experienced any issues and sorry to those whom have because I love it here!! I will take that 45 minutes drive from VA to Waldorf any day and I always recommend Paw Prints to other pet owners. The techs are always so nice, they answer the phones when calling to make appointments and they follow up on emails. The gentleman who checks you in when you arrive to tell you where to park is always professional and nice. Out of the numerous times we’ve been for check ups and vaccines, there has only been 1 instance where we waited about an hour or so before we were seen and the staff was apologetic for the wait. I do wish we got to know the doctors a bit more since we cannot go in with our pets to ask questions or see what’s going on but I understand how their set up is and that’s what makes them efficient and keeps their cost low. The techs do a great job communicating our concerns or questions to the doctor. Thank you Paw Prints!!

No thank you will never come here again my grandmother called ahead of time to ask if she could pay over the phone with her card. Clearly someone told her yes because if that wasn’t the case, I would’ve never brought the cat here to receive her second shot without getting the money or card you will never ever get my business ever again or my sister who comes here now she will go somewhere else Or my grandmother who has so many cats get your priorities straight…. And give me my damn cat shouldn’t take no damn hour to give a cat a shot

I've been bringing my pets to Paw Prints for the last 6 years and I trust them more than any vet I've ever gone to. They are always kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable, all at a price you can't beat. They are the total package and I always recommend them to my family and friends!

I have been going here for years. They do great general services. For MRI’s and scans they refer you to an outside specialist, which can be pricey. My senior Yorkie-poo requires some extra care. Dr. Nazer is very attentive to my dog. I recommend their services.
