Dr. Banner and her staff are top notch! We recently switched our primary care of our two senior rescue dogs to her and her practice, and we are so happy we did. She listens and explains everything so thoroughly, and you can tell she really cares about your pets showing them love and empathy along with her expert care. Even though they are a busy practice, you never ever feel rushed or hurried. Every staff member we have met has also been exceptionally kind and attentive. It is worth the drive and time to come here for us and our dogs, and we are grateful for Dr. Banner and her staff. Thank you!

BEST OF THE BEST! I drive 25 mins to Paw Patch AC and pass numerous other veterinarian clinics. So worth it to know that Dr Banner and Dr Pursley provide exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is amazing to interact with. Very grateful to have found this amazing practice. Says a lot when my golden gets excited when we pull into parking lot and he is pulling me into the building.

Paw Patch has been such a God Send in my life! Paw Patch took me and my fur babies in almost immediately as new patients. Their customer services is unmatched. They have held my hand through the loss of a pet, provided quality care, and handled my needs with the upmost patience, as I can sometimes be an overly worried pet parent. Their front office staff is very friendly, responsive and timely with every interaction that comes their way. Dr. Pursley and Dr. Banner both are incredible doctors and are so gentle with my babies. Their policies are truly set up for the ease of pet owners and comfort of the animals. Can not thank this team enough for the comfort they bring to me and my family of 3 (me + 2 kitties). I can't even express my love for Paw Patch. In the last year we have had to say goodbye to two of our senior cats, and the care and compassion here cannot be matched. I have had animals for all of my 46 years, from farm life to cats and dogs. I know the ins and outs of veterinary care, and I have never been as happy with their care as I am with Dr. Banner and Dr. Pursely (the perfect name for a cat doc!). They are kind, honest, the facility is clean and feels like home. The front desk staff feels like family (even chatting with me about the books my kitties are named after). I look forward to years of amazing and affordable care to come for my babies!

I’ve been taking my cat Bear to Dr. Banner and her incredible team at Paw Patch for a few years now, and I truly couldn’t ask for better care. Dr. Banner is absolutely amazing—her passion for her work and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. She has such a calm and compassionate approach, and she never makes you feel rushed. You can tell that her priority is always the well-being of her patients. The entire staff is just as wonderful, checking in on Bear regularly and always responding to emails promptly. I feel so fortunate to have found such an extraordinary vet, and I’m beyond grateful for the care they’ve provided to Bear.
