We took our one year old Goldendoodle to PAW HealthNetwork after he ingested an unknown amount of mouse bait. The staff advised us when we called that there were a couple of others due to arrive at our same ETA. When we got there, staff appropriately took Cooper back for an exam immediately. We were informed of the treatment plan and treatment was started very quickly. The doctors and staff worked very closely with Poison Control the entire stay to ensure the best treatment. Even though he had a three night stay, I am so thankful for the care he received. I will admit that I made the mistake mid-stay of reading the reviews which gave me more anxiety but also urged me to ask more questions and communicate more with the staff and doctors! We are over a week post-hospital stay and I am happy to report that Cooper is doing well! I will be forever grateful for the care he received!

Horrible. If I could do 0 stars I would. I brought my 7 year old mini golden doodle in due to local pneumonia in July 2024. We brought her in at 3 pm where they took her immediately behind closed doors and didn't get help until 9 pm. They saw her uncomfortable and struggling to breathe and still put her 13th in line. She had compromised lungs and the pneumonia on top of it and still didn't prioritize her. I got text messages updating her status in line saying she was 13th, then she was 9th, then she was 10th. Finally, they helped her around 9pm. I got the medical records and they show that she was helped until 1 AM where there was no documentation of any of her care until 6AM. Around 6 AM we got an unexpected phone call that she went into cardiac arrest. The lady on the phone asked "Should we continue CPR?" This angered us as we already signed paper work to perform CPR and continue doing so CPR without asking us. Instead they felt the need to call and discuss CPR on my dog. At 6:30AM they called and said CPR was unsuccessful. My family and our dogs brother got in the car and drove an hour and a half to the clinic to say our goodbyes to our girl. One of the techs after some time came into the room and asked how we would like to pay. She said smiling "You can either pay at the front desk card or check. Let me know when you want to settle up!" showing no care as we all were crying saying goodbye to a family member. How sickening our bill was thousands of dollars and we got our best friend, our family member, back in a box. I have held off from writing a review but have decided I will never get any answers from PAW Health. I have emailed them, called them, asked for paper work, etc, and have gotten horrible and completely useless information back. A month after she died, I wrote them an email with concerns and a list of valid questions I myself as the owner needs to know. Was she hooked up to machines? Why was there no documented care from 1AM to 6AM? Was she ignored? Legally you MUST document your care being done to a patient which leads me to think she was neglected. I waited MONTHS for a decent response and instead got an email saying "Thank you for providing us with this opportunity to evaluate PAW Health to make sure it is providing its standards." Thats it. None of the questions were answered and I am still regretting taking her to PAW Health. There response was nothing but disgusting. I was also sent in the mail a document that basically covered PAW Health and was called "Creating Clarity" making me feel like my questions were worthless. To this day I am completely heartbroken that my dog is gone way too soon. I am beyond angered at the care from PAW Health. I know nothing I can do can bring her back but want to share my experience for others do not have to go through this pain like my family is still suffering from.

Absolutely appalled with the lack of human decency, brought my cat in to get checked out, knew that she was struggling. They tried to do bloodwork and other procedures on top of the hefty exam price. Did not receive any quality feedback, was sold medications to help her even though she had already pretty much passed and wasn’t allowed to return the medication. Never did they mention how bad her condition was, as she had urinated and seized prior to taking her home. Clear from the start that money is the number one priority and they feed off of desperate people looking to help their beloved pets. Only time I was able to talk to a doctor, on the phone, was when they wondered why I wouldn’t pay them more money.

This is (unfortunately) my second experience with Paw Health. Both times they were so very cautious, caring, and helpful! Dr Heather was absolutely amazing and was able to allay my fears and ensure that my pet was heading in the right direction with his specific illness! I will forever be grateful for her and the entire staff!

I went to PAW health during an emergency. My elderly cat had a stroke and I knew he needed to cross the rainbow bridge. We were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I cannot describe how nice it was to have care and compassion while losing a furry family member. Forever grateful for the staff who took care of us during the hardest moments of our lives. 10/10 recommend. I know people were waiting in the waiting room and I remembered that since our kitty was passing it was priority. They triage animals this way as we also do in an ER. I’m thankful and grateful for the care received.
