I took my very sick puppy to Patton Chapel Clinic. I took him there based on reviews from their website. It was here we met our angel. Dr Morgan came into the exam room and knew immediately that he was in trouble. He was so lethargic he didn’t even resist when she took him from me. She came back with very bad news for my puppy and his mama. Liver cancer was her first diagnosis. She was absolutely the kindest, sweetest and most compassionate human I had ever met in a veterinary office! She spent over an hour with us and treated us like we were her only patients. She reached out to other colleagues and called me in the next few days and we got a plan together! That was almost a year ago! My puppy is alive and doing very well! She’s an excellent veterinarian and the staff is wonderful….from front office to vet techs, especially Lacey! They love my little boy and it shows! Five stars out of five!

Super friendly and helpful staff, I only have great things to say about the service. However, I've never experienced a clinic that felt like such a money grab. When I showed up for a basic grooming appointment, I learned I was going to be charged for vaccines that weren't necessary (canine influenza) and an evaluation I didn't ask for. Both dogs received a workup and all vaccinations two weeks prior to this appointment, from their longstanding vet, but because I didn't go to a "sister clinic" of Patton Chapel AC I owed nearly $100 in additional fees each. This is the second time they've attempted to charge me for vaccines that are either more frequent that what other vets require, or not required by other vets at all (or day cares, or grooming companies, in my experience). I just moved to the area and planned to use them for vet, boarding, daycare, and grooming services, but I won't ever go back because it's so uncomfortable to be forced into things you don't want or need. At every turn there have been large, hidden fees. The surprise charges I've seen in other reviews are clearly no joke. We'll happily keep driving to our former vet for the much nicer facilities and far more transparent charges and processes. Edited to add, from the AAHA Canine Vaccination Guidelines, "Therefore, the routine use of CIV vaccines in all dogs is currently not recommended." As this is not recommended, the requirement that it be administered by Patton Chapel just means that you now also have to pay for an exam, PLUS a "biohazardous waste disposal" fee. All of this for a routine grooming appointment, and none of it shared prior to arriving for my appointment.

We love all the staff at Patton Chapel Animal Clinic. We have used them for a few years and have always had great service. We’ve seen all the veterinarians, they are all great and very caring. They are friendly and I feel like they really care about our 2 dogs Kaya and Buddy. They have always been fit us in when we needed and provide quick and expert care. Could not recommend them more.

2Pac (my pet) and I love Patton Chapel Clinic. Pac is 5 now and this is the only clinic we have ever visited. Everyone is spectacular: Office staff, Vets. and technicians are all my favorites...We are treated well. All of Pac's needs have always been met: (well visits or not- so- visits).
