Be careful with what Frank Mills says, he is basically a used car salesman and will nickel and dime you for everything. Frank Mills cares more about the dollar then he does any animal that walks through his door, but it would be hard to know due to his sales experience. We spent over $4000 to try to help our doberman, and nothing worked that Frank Mills suggested. But he sure got paid. We tried to get a copy of the records for a new vet, so they could see what was done. But he wanted more money for that, just like he wanted more money for a written prescription. We obtained records from another vet that did not charge anything, and we received the complete records hand written as well. So just be careful when you visit Frank Mills, he will try to add on extra charges for everything. He's very good at sucking your wallet empty and leaving you in the same boat you were in when you arrived. Especially if your animal is sick and needs help.

Dr Mills and his staff have been a godsend. After many months of treating our new and incredibly sick puppies at Royal Pets on 66th nothing was getting any better. I googled vets near me and found Pasadena Vet Hospital. They were able to squeeze us in the same day. Dr Mills requested that we do a culture test, which Royal Pets did not do even once. Long story short, the very expensive antibiotics that were being prescribed time after time were pointless. They were completely resistant to the bacterial infection that was present. We have been dealing with this since we got them in March. I took them to Dr Mills in August and immediately started seeing improvement. Since they were sick for so long it's still going to be a bit of a process but we are absolutely on the right track! I would recommend Dr Mills to anyone and everyone needing an amazing veterinarian in their lives! Thank you for your hard work and dedication Dr Mills!!!

Dr. Mills is very skillful and always does a thorough examination of all the health needs of his patients. He goes above and beyond to get to the root cause of every ailment a patient may have using every diagnostic tool available. He is also a highly qualified surgeon and has many academic achievements and accolades in continuing education. He has by far the best staff when it comes to their passion and love for the animals they take such great care of. Their welcoming and friendly disposition to the clients and their pets makes everyone feel at home. The entire team gives 110% of themselves to provide the best care a pet could ever get.

Took my cat here for an emergency since my primary vet was fully booked for the day. The Dr. Mills seemed more concerned about things that were not the reason for our visit and that we have already talked to our primary vet about. Also, we reviewed pricing prior to treatment, however, they did not disclose a 3.5% charge for using a card. Aparently, they scheduled us for a follow up appointment, but we never talked to them about this. Lastly, we got a personal text, call, and email asking for a photo of our cat because they "bonded" and want to keep a picture of him. Overall, very odd staff and overpriced.

We had a fur baby emergency and Pasadena Veterinary Hospital kindly accepted us on a Saturday morning. Dr. Mills took such good care of our dog and addressed the issues at hand and other issues. Thank you so much!!
