Partners for Pets Veterinary Hospital

Don’t get me wrong, for the most part all the staff my partner and I interacted with were incredibly nice. BUT. There was one woman with glasses and a tattoo behind her ear at the reception desk that was incredibly rude. She bursted into our room when we were speaking with the nurse and so rudely interrupted us, and when we went to check out we had a simple question and she was incredibly rude to us when she wasn’t even the one helping us check out. We had a question about the military discount and she snapped her head around and hissed a no to us and snapped back around. Secondly, we arrived 20 minutes early and proceeded to wait for another 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time just for them to tell us our dog was simply stressed and charge us $65. There was another shorter woman with really cool rings that was so incredibly sweet and showed that she truly cared about us and our dog. The other woman at the reception desk was also very sweet. The main veterinarian was also nice and honestly pretty funny. If you know for a fact your pet is sick go here, I guess. Otherwise, I suggest finding a new place to go unless you want to be charge almost $70 for an appointment.

If you're looking for a place that has no emotion, gets you in, runs every tests they can charge you for, and then takes your money... then this is the place for you. They won't comfort you as you cry. They won't try and find an affordable option thar works for you. They 100% won't tell you what all the tests they are running cost before running them. They are the kind of business with no soul. Just there to collect cash. I went to Montgomery Animal Hospital the next day and found a vet with a soul in Montgomery. I encourage you to do the same.

The staff is literally heaven sent! They are so accommodating & so sweet. Every time I go, I never have a bad experience. They communicate with me about my dogs' needs at all times & never leave me wondering about anything. They are so helpful & I just love them for how trustworthy they are. They love my dogs like their own even though they can be some heathens sometimes. If you are in need of a vet, please use them. I have already referred over numerous of people to them because of the staff & accommodation.

We needed a new exotic vet and found Partners for Pets. I was luckily able to get an appointment that morning for our hedgehog, Larry. Not only did Dr. Tom Harbin examine him, but was also able to perform necessary surgery right after. Will definitely return when the need arises. Wonderful practice and staff.

Very good care! The doctors love your furbaby/pet as much as you love them. They explain everything in great detail and answer questions very thoroughly. My dog had to have minor surgery and they made me feel very comfortable and kept me up to date. I recently switched to Partners for Pets and I am so blessed and glad I did!! Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
