We were referred to Parkview several years ago by a good friend, and I like Dr. Seats so much that I recommended her to my parents and daughter. Not only do my animals trust her because of her kind voice and gentle touch, but I trust her because she doesn't try to sell me extra meds, procedures, or shots, and her costs are very reasonable. For instance, she removed a large, benign fatty tumor from under the ribs of my oldest dog, because it was beginning to impede his breathing. This was my late husband's baby. My hubby wanted the tumor biopsied, because he wasn't raised with dogs as pets and didn't know that such tumors are common in older dogs. Dr. Seats called me at work after my hubby had left and asked if I wanted to discuss the biopsy with my hubby, because the tumor was clearly a benign growth, and she believed the biopsy was unnecessary. I so appreciated her discreet management of the situation and her unwillingness to profit from my hubby's inexperience! The only drawback of her practice is she doesn't offer boarding for larger dogs. But her boarding for smaller animals is the best in town. My folks had an elderly kitty who they'd adopted as a very young stray in their neighborhood, and who had feline leukemia when they took him in, so they didn't feel comfortable with my daughter or me keeping him while they traveled, in spite of our cats being vaccinated. He always seemed more peaceful and less unsettled when he'd return from a stay at Parkview than he had with their previous vet. Her staff is so enthusiastic about their work, and makes us all feel welcome. I am very grateful for Parkview's expert care for our furry family members.

I have a lot of cats and two dogs. Dr. Chrisman, Jim has been my doctor of recent visits and talks to you where you can understand what's going on plus always explains the reason for what they're doing. Dr. Sears was the previous vet that works on my animals and they both are so knowledgeable and do an excellent job. All the techs and people that work there are always so compassionate and knowledgeable and make a complete effort to make you comfortable and always take care of your pet. This place is above and beyond for serious needs or even basic ones I completely trust them.

Took my dog for an initial visit and was relatively happy with the service. Doc listened very thoroughly to me about my dogs history and spent some time making friends with her, which I really liked. Today I called to see if I could get in for a possible ear infection - no spots available, BUT the girls took down my info and signs/symptoms and gave me a call back with a script for meds which I VERY MUCH Appreciate :) 4 stars just due to the fact that they’re so busy all the time you have to schedule a month ahead of time, but overall I’m pretty happy with them - we like our vet and the staff is great, everyone is so nice :)

We recently lost our long time best friend, Bobbie Socks. Dr. Sears and staff have cared for her since she was a puppy. They have always been wonderful, but especially in our time of loss.

I had been with Main St pet care for 11 years. We had heard amazing things and I reluctantly switched. Called to make appointment for my dog and was told “we were wrote off and wouldn’t be seen” this was over owing 24.95. Found out later it had been applied to our other dogs account. We had spent close to $800 plus since getting her in March.. We missed one appointment and I was sick and called to apologized. But my friend had also missed an appointment the same week no big deal. She was told I missed multiple appoints and my bill had just been written off but also told it was applied to other dog. When I tried explain we paid for fecal Heather stated no I was here and your son said you would come pay for it. Then she said meds were sitting for my dog I didn’t pick up. I reminded her of my missed appointment and Dr wouldn’t fill anything according to her since he was never seen in office. They don’t offer text reminders like Main St. I was very spoiled by that.
