Monet, our yorkie has been there a couple of times, she had surgery about a year ago and vaccines in March. The staff is very friendly, exceptional customer service and best pricing :)

Very friendly staff! Dr. Davenport sat on the floor to examine our Brownie Hottdogg and made her feel more at ease. Dr. Davenport also recommended a reputable compounded heart medication and saved us money in the process.

We had used this hospital since it opened and a resident of Oxford. We moved for a few years and returned to find Dr Holly had retired. We had to put our 19 year old Jack Russell down. Previously we had pets put down while we held them and Dr Holly would just pet the dog and give them a shot in the scruff of the neck and the dog would go to sleep peacefully. This time they took the dog from us and took him back to put an IV in his leg then they brought him back to us and he was upset. We waited and then the Sr came in and said that he would feel no pain, wrong!!! The dog received the shot and screamed. I can’t get that sound out of my head months later. We held the dog and he jumped as well. It hurt! Then they put our friend on the dirtiest blanket that I have ever seen and carried him away. I feel that I did my long lost friend an injustice by taking him to this hospital. I will never return or advise anyone to use this hospital in the future. If I could give zero stars I would for sure. Very disappointed in this hospital!!😡😡😡
