Dr. Smith and the whole staff at Parker Creek are the absolute BEST! Your appointment is never rushed. Dr. Smith makes sure to spend time answering any questions, checking in on everything that’s been going on, and providing input on ways to help your animal be as happy as possible. My dog actually cries in excitement when he gets there because he loves her. The nurses and front desk staff are also so warm and kind. They return any calls or emails promptly. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We drive 35 min to get there and it is absolutely worth it.

Dr. Smith and her staff are wonderful. We brought our new puppy and Dr. Smith was so knowledgeable and would have spent hours with us. Nancy at the front desk was also incredibly helpful with her knowledge of Goldendoodles.

I don’t even know where to begin. Being in the veterinary field as an ICU and anesthetic nurse about 27years, I’ve seen and worked with MANY doctors. I’ve been through thousands of euthanasia experiences, 9/10 handled with grace and love with the ones responsible to carry it out, but far too often owners of hospitals concerned with making money off this which in my opinion is an abomination! I understand certain costs for things but triple charging and causing even more trauma for the people is not ok! (I recently learned of a hospital who did this to a friend of mine after he spent THOUSANDS, then he was charged almost 2k more for euthanasia cremation etc for his 13 lb dog!!!This occurs mainly in specialty hospitals where I’ve mainly worked all of these years BUT I digress ….this is where I had the pleasure of meeting the incredible Dr smith. After opening up her own practice, I took my beloved Jackson a sable shepherd who let’s just say did NOT enjoy being handled by many let alone going to be examined and was a bit of a scary nightmare despite his shutzhund training that nearly went out the window in these circumstances. Yet he was ALWAYS met with patience, understanding and compassion. Yesterday I had to send our Jackson over the rainbow bridge and the experience was beyond a blessing for not just him, but for myself who had to do it alone. This is how ALL our babies should experience end of life, he went out like a warrior he went out with kindness he went out with love. This is not just a small practice it is staffed with the right kinds of people chosen to heal animals chosen to SEE the families and understand these are not our “pets” they are our family! I am blessed to have been able to provide this for my boy. My kids were not able to be with me as they were in school but knowing he had this experience made them feel just that much better. Thank you Dr smith and her staff for being what Vet Med SHOULD and was meant to be! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice!!

Dr. Smith and the amazing staff at Parker Creek are the GREATEST GREATEST GREATEST!! They are top notch. The care that both of our dogs receive here couldn’t be better. They love my dogs like their own. We love coming here. Couldn’t ask for a better practice. WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!

Dr Smith and her staff are the best!! I transferred here from a much larger vet and I will never look back. The care is top notch and she will take as long as needed to give the best care possible.
