Park View Veterinary Hospital

I’m very happy to support Park View Veterinary Hospital! My experience was excellent. My dog is family and they treated her as if she was their own. She had to have surgery and recovered beautifully. We have been using Park View veterinary for many many years. We have between 3 to 5 dogs at any given time and they have all been well cared for by Dr.Rao and Dr. Madon. I have referred Parkview to friends and family who have all been very pleased. Not only do they provide excellent veterinary care, but they are easily accessible for any questions we might have. We love the fact that they have emergency care and we can Get an appointment very easily. Both veterinarians are kind and loving, and will give your pet the kind of care that they deserve.

Dr. Rao saved our active pittie Pickle, who is currently 10 years old. Pickle had a partial ACL tear that was really bothering her — she was limping badly and had become far less active. Multiple doctors told us that the only way forward was surgery, but knowing our girl, we were convinced that the recovery process for that surgery (involving crating and limiting activity) would make her super depressed. Plus, she has a heart murmur and is not that young, which added anxiety. Thank goodness we came across Dr. Rao’s practice. We ended up working with Dr. Rao to try stem cell therapy, which felt like space age technology, yet cost less than half of what we would have paid for the surgery. Now, a year later, Pickle is more active than she’s EVER been. Even her arthritis is not bothering her anymore. She managed to lose a lot of weight, too, because of her increased ability to go on walks and hikes, and the weight loss in turn resulted in less stress on her joints. I honestly still can’t believe how successful it was. It definitely took time for the treatment to work (you do need to be patient), but Dr. Rao guided us through all the milestones and it was a real success. I can’t thank the team enough. Pickle felt so loved and cared for when she was there. Dr. Rao was genuinely excited to see her :) and vice versa!! I am so grateful we found a less-intense treatment for our girl, even though it meant driving 1.5 hours each way to get there. It was completely worth it.

Dr. Rao is knowledgeable and compassionate. Her staff is amazing as well. The office is clean and very tranquil. My little rescue chiuauaha named Kilo had a bad gum infection and needed 10 teeth pulled. Dr. Rao and her staff took such great care of little Kilo. You can see they truly love what they do. Kelly is also wonderful! She is patient, kind and takes the time to explain and go over any questions or concerns. Kilo and I are very grateful to have found an such a great Veterinarian.

The most wonderful kindness and care for all of our girls. Everyone at Park View was also so loving when we have had to say goodbye. Our Georgia, now 12, still wags excitedly every time we get to the doors!

I came to Park View in hopes to find out what was wrong with my dog Zues, my last vet just gave up and said there is nothing they can do for him anymore, Dr. Rao stood up to the plate and took immediate action and took her time and necessary measures to save my boys life!! I thank you so very much Dr. Rao for all your did for Zues, and don't sleep on Kelly she is just as helpful and ready to assist! I am happy to have Park View as Zues's new Vet and needs!!
