They have a wonderful staff. They are very organized and will get everything done in a timely manner. They help the animal community in way others don't think about. If you ever want to help a company this is one that can make a difference. I used them for spay and neuter, flea and worming meds, and shots.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I’ve brought in 2 of my dogs to Paradox ever since we moved nearby earlier this year. So thankful to have a reliable facility like this in the area that not only gets the job done but also maintains incredibly reasonable prices. They are a smaller facility so you have to be patient and mindful. I’ve worked at a vet’s clinic before and it’s not what I would consider a walk in the park. The staff at Paradox are phenomenal, compassionate, and experienced at what they do. My dogs never bothered with their incisions nor had any kind of complications related to surgery after their procedure. They call throughout the day for questions and updates regarding your pet. I highly, highly recommend coming to Paradox and supporting their cause of controlling pet overpopulation!

Great place and fast service. Dropped off my dog around 9 to be spayed and was ready by 1. My dog was in great spirits the following day. We had to get help after hours, due to my own fault with my pet, and they were very kind and extremely helpfu, and quick to respond l. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone for the best prices around and for their great customer service on dealing with a time that could be stressful

Took my puppy to be spayed. Staff was kind and informative. Provided Pain meds and antibiotics at affordable pricing. They offered a safety cone but I already had my own. Puppy was dropped off at 8:30am and was done as promised by 4:15pm. Puppy is still happy, energetic, and healing wonderfully 🥰 Thank you

recently requested an appointment for my pet's surgery, and while I understand the importance of communication, I was disappointed to receive an email declining my request shortly after I missed a single call. I was in an interview at the time and unable to answer, and I was surprised there was no follow-up attempt to reach me, either by phone or email, to discuss an alternative time. As a professional in this field, I understand the importance of flexibility and proactive communication with clients. I would appreciate it if you could let me know whether there is any possibility of getting me scheduled for neutering surgery or discussing options moving forward without paying another $25 fee. Because now i’m looking at $50 worth of deposit money. emailed about this and no response.
