Paoli Vetcare, Dr. Rowan and his team, did a wonderful job taking care of our two dogs. The first dog they started caring for right after we rescued him 12 years ago. The second dog was in their care for the last 6 years. Paoli Vetcare always went above and beyond, whether it was an exam or boarding. Dr. Rowan took as much time as needed during appointments, listening to and addressing any concerns. We always felt comfortable with his recommendations and he was always available to answer questions. Both dogs developed chronic conditions later in their lives. Dr. Rowan took the time to contact us regularly to assess the dogs’ status and evaluate their medication dosage. He always clearly explained what to expect, which helped us give the dogs the proper care and attention they needed. Dr. Rowan and all the staff cared for both dogs as if they were their own. When we boarded both dogs, we knew they were being well taken care of and any medical concerns would be addressed. That allowed us to enjoy our vacations. The ultimate compliment we can offer Paoli Vetcare is the attention they gave us as our dogs’ health declined in their 14th year and after both dogs passed away 6 weeks apart. Their sympathy and empathy helped us through the losses.

We've been bringing our dog, Maizey, here for both veterinary care and boarding for several years, and we couldn’t be happier. The entire staff—from the front desk to the vet techs to the veterinarians—are incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. They really take the time to get to know each dog personally. We really appreciate that the team is always happy to meet us at the car and even help us sneak out the back when needed, as Maizey tends to get a little anxious in waiting rooms. Every vet we’ve worked with has been thorough and thoughtful, addressing all of her various allergies and tummy issues with care. The only minor downside is that they don’t offer Sunday drop-offs or pickups for boarding. However, that’s a small trade-off for the amazing care they provide. The rates are reasonable, so for longer trips it’s reassuring to know Maizey is in good hands—especially with a vet close by! We know she loves going there with how excited she gets when we drop her off. You can tell they strike a good balance of play and relax-time with daycare/boarding. When we pick her up she's always well-rested and healthy, unlike some other boarding places we’ve tried where she returned red-eyed, stressed and dehydrated. We can’t imagine trusting anyone else with her care!

We have been visiting Paoli Vetcare for many years, with several generations of pet cats both as patients and as boarders while we traveled. It's an absolutely wonderful practice, with a staff that's caring and skillful. Dr. Rowan has seen us from well-kitten visits through the challenges of caring for older cats with chronic conditions with kindness and first-rate treatment. He has always outlined all the health-care choices with clarity and honesty, and his respect and affection for the animals he treats is unrivaled. We'd give them ten stars if we could!

We love Paoli Vetcare! They take amazing care of our dog and he absolutely loves going to their daycare. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond. It’s such an amazing group of people who genuinely care about your pet. From the front desk, staff, to Dr. Rowan, they are the best!! We are so lucky to have them!!

Dr Rowan at Paoli Vet Care is truly an awesome veterinarian. He handled my aggressive dog very well, she trusted him and got excellent care. He also treated my husband's pets for years. I highly recommend Dr Rowan. And the staff is wonderful as well.
