We have had 2 overnight stays at Palm Beach equine. One planned for Kissing Spine Surgery and 1 unplanned for a major colic. The colic due to a nephrosplenic entrapment was resolved without surgery. Everyone, from the vets to the techs to the office staff, was always well trained, talented, and kind to both my horse and me. Highly recommend. Over and over. Picture and vids of my lovely boy, post op KS surgery and living his best, pain free life!! Special thanks go out to Dr Davis for the KS surgery and to Dr Charley McCoullough for keeping him feeling amazing throughout this recovery journey!!! Couldn't and wouldn't do this without those guys supporting us, all the way. ♥️

My beloved gelding fought a bad colic, hard for 3 hours at our farm. Dr. Elliot came to our farm and did everything he could before we decided he wasn’t going to be able to be fixed at home. My father trailered him to the clinic, they met him at the trailer and immediately did the initial testing and imaging to get an updated look at what was going on and they determined he needed surgery. Dr. Brusie located the problem early and corrected it. We have received regular updates, and even on his day off, Dr. Elliot went to the clinic to check up on my boy and send us a photo. Horses have always been my life, but this is my heart horse, he traveled the country with me and means so much to me. Palm Beach Equine saved his life, I was able to sleep well knowing my horse was under their direct care.

Our boy Phantom was misdiagnosed by a previous vet. Our current vet Dr. Gesoff quickly found the correct problem and told us to immediately transport Phantom to Palm Beach Equine Clinic. Dr. Beste and their amazing staff immediately dove in and performed a tracheotomy as his inflamed epiglottis was blocking more than 95% of his airway. The surgery was successfully completed and he is very happy!! Thanks to these very professional and competent people!

As an out-of-stater hiring Palm Beach to do a PPE, we had a great experience with Dr. Charley McColough. The horse was a prior patient of his, he had a relationship with the horse and owner (all properly disclosed to us in advance). We felt Dr. McColough was very thorough and honest in his evaluation, and in his conversations with us afterward. We would use Palm Beach and Dr. McColough again in the future if needing further services in this area.
