I moved to the area some time ago and did a lot of reading up on what the best place for cats is here in Ocala and found this one. Every single vet tech, surgeon, doctor, and front desk staff member has been helpful, kind, and empathetic. I’ve had about 3 visits and a surgery with one of my cats and they were both handled lovingly and delicately. They are all about health and are reasonably priced. The surgeon answered all my questions thoroughly, he is knowledgeable and experienced. The vet techs did as well and encouraged me to call them daily for updates on his recovery 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Paddock Care ❤️🩹

Oct 16, 2024 · Krystel CamachoI brought my 10 year old lab in for a ruptured cyst and a swollen neck. They had taken him back right away, diagnosed and treated. They were able to calm my nerves and take care of my baby. Since this was my first visit, came highly recommended by my sister (they saved her baby as well) they charge $25 for the first visit. Affordable, compassionate, caring and helpful. I will definitely be bringing both my babies here from now on. Thank you for everything you guys do! Moose and I can’t thank you enough 🐾
Nov 20, 2024 · samantha McDonaldThis is the sweetest vet ever, they was very considerate. Im not regular customer or client. It was a last minute thing for my dog that got hit, they provided all the care they could. But the option I ended up going with is putting my dog down. Which they have done for free because other places make you pay. They send me a card through the mail sharing their condolences for my dog❤️ really meant a lot
Jan 14, 2025 · Taliyah PompeyEvery time I bring my Holly (1 year old puppy) to pick up her monthly meds and get her “mani/pedi” 😉 , she gets the VIP treatment. I mean pets, cuddles, ahhs, oohs, … Paddock Park is the best. We have been going here since we moved here 8 years ago!!! From taking care of our Riley ❤️ and now our Holly ❤️ .
Dec 31, 2024 · Lorrie PavcikIt has taken me over a year to write this review. I wanted to make sure it was factual and not emotionally charged. I will never ever bring a pet here again. Our Brittney mix had been going here since we moved here( 4 years). He had a collapsed trecha and we knew his time was fast approaching. He was 16.5 years at the time of his passing. His final day was horrendous due to this place. 1.They let us wait out in the main area for 1/2 an hour before putting us in an exam room. Although I had an end of life appointment . Then they wanted 250.00 before taking us to an exam room. I get that, it’s a business offering a service but that couldn’t wait? Once in the exam room an assistant took him from us to start the iv. I asked let me go with you to keep him calm but that was denied. I could hear him yelping and crying!! 2. When they brought him back to the exam room he was shaking and visibly upset. They hurt him!! The vet comes in and says,” ok let’s do the muscle.” He jabs him and leaves. The vet comes back in 20 minutes later and says nothing. He didn’t pat him on the head ~ —nothing- He then administered the final shot. The entire episode was one of the most clinical end of life Ive ever experienced. My Hubby who is a very logical guy even commented how unfeeling and cold it was. Rufus was one of the sweetest dogs I ever had. He was a gentle soul that deserved better. A few months ago our cat had to have an end of life. We took him to UF in Ocala and the difference was astounding! Milo had a peaceful gentle end. After the exam room they put us in an end of life room. It was setup like a living room with sofas, low light, and even a soothing fountain. The Vet said,” when you are ready to say goodbye just ring this little bell. They gave us time. The vet was very sweet to him.She petted him and talked to him before doing the final shot. Milo was 20 yrs old. Now that I have experienced true compassion from them, Paddock Park will never see another one of my pets! That includes annual and emergency visits.
