Pack Animal Care

Took Apricot on her first vet appointment ever and she was received with so much love and excitement. Everyone was so nice to her and she was happy to be there. She got a shot and didn’t even feel it since she was just excited and happy to be there (+ peanut butter) hahaha! We went back a second time and had also a nice visit. Apricot should be done with her shots soon and we are exciting to continue coming to see Dr. Ventocilla and the entire time! Thanks for the love to my little one!

We first came to this place in a bad situation with my dog that ended up having to be euthanized. I hadn't experienced so much love and compassion from a vet clinic. We chose to continue with their services for our new puppy. I couldn't be happier with the care and expertise of everyone from the desk clerk to the Veterinarians. You often see people in these fields that are not good with people, but this place is wonderful with both people and the animals. My only complaint is the cost of everything. It's on par with other clinics, but it's still too costly. I will say most of my life experience comes from Texas, and this kind of stuff costs half the price there, so I was a little shocked with the prices.

Run to this vet practice, don’t walk!!! They are amazing…from the staff at the desk, to the techs/nurses, to the vets. You feel seen, heard, unrushed, thoroughly cared for. What you hope for in a vet practice, you will find here. I’m just sorry I didn’t switch vets the moment they opened and missed 2 years of working with them. So far I’ve seen Dr G and Dr Robinson and wanted to hug them both by the end of the visits (and their team)! I just wish they also saw humans.

From ease of getting an appointment, to the warm greeting at the front desk, to the very thorough vet tech, to the super vet, and the detailed follow-up the next day ... everyone was great to our dog and to us! This is an awesome veterinary practice to bring your critters. The office is very modern with amenities to help your pets feel more comfortable. There's separate entrances for dogs and cats as well as separate exam rooms. The doctors and staff care deeply about your pets and your concerns. They provide a good amount of communication to keep you in the loop and to help you make informed decisions.
