We finally found our new vet. Office is immaculate. The entire staff is wonderful. Excellent exam and did not push for other treatments unless necessary. Highly recommend.

I just love going there. They are efficient, friendly, kind and well organized. Both Dr Girard and Dr Madera treated my past and present dogs with compassion and love. I went through regular visits with first dog , second dog had cancer so we did palliative care end of left treatment and the process was exceptional! Now I have two dogs who are under the radar so far and older but so far visit and get shots. This vet is where the comfort of home begins and stays. I’m so glad that they are caring and compassionate vets and staff is same.

Very pleased with this veterinary office so far! We had a bit of a wait to have our first appointment as a new client, which was then pushed back by hurricane Ian, the ladies were quick to get us back on schedule! I was greeted cheerily upon entering this morning, the lobby was clean, and smelled clean. (But it is a vet office sometimes it’ll smell like doggie 🐶) The ladies swooned over my dog and we were promptly taken back to a room where we would wait. The tech, Jessie (forgive me if I got that wrong), was very kind, professional, and courteous. I could tell that she loves what she does ❤️ Overall, I am very pleased with our visit, both pre appointment and during. I would recommend this awesome vet to anyone in the area. Both of my pets are home and happy. Even my cat is happy, she didn’t run away and hide when we got home. That, to me, is a great sign 🥰 Keep up the good work guys, I’m so happy I did my research and found y’all. 💜

Very clean, friendly staff. We got there early and got a room right away. Still had to wait but it was nice to be separated from other pets to avoid negative interactions.

They have since removed my daughter’s review of their facility, but we took our 3 pound six month old Chihuahua in on July 23 to be given a Rabies shot . They informed my daughter to stay home with her the whole day which seemed odd because we’ve never been told that ever and we’ve had numerous dogs in our lifetime, she came home and they both laid down to take a nap. She was awakened by the dog rubbing and rubbing and whimpering and whimpering. She woke up and she couldn’t believe what she saw. Her face was beyond swollen, and she could barely see her eyes she immediately called them and they told her to come in within 20 no longer. She was out the door. It took her no longer than 5 to 7 minutes to get there and they met her at the door grab the dog. It wouldn’t even let her go back with her and in the car, she said the dog was starting to fade fast, barely keeping her head up, panting and panting, in short, the dog was ready to go into anaphylactic shock and was going to die. She had to leave the dog there for about an hour and a half. They updated her informing her that the vet was missing her lunch hour and then when she was about ready to leave, they informed her that she owed $38 For their mistake, they could split that shot. The dogs only 3 pounds. We called around the rest of the day and asked various vets that we knew about the incident and they said no way would they have given this dog a full wavy shot they would’ve split the shot . Also we had her down to be spayed and they wanted to push the spay out to seven months because they want to pull her baby teeth that are remaining keeping her under longer under anesthesia which is unnecessary and she’s only 3 pounds Wondering how that would work out she didn’t want to, but they push the issue after all of this. We do not recommend that you take your animal there. They are money makers and they’re always nickel and diming Just to make more money It was insane to have to pay for their mistake and to even ask so unprofessional. My daughter even had to call the next day to tell them that she did not like what happened and then receptionist Sandy treated her so rudely And nonchalantly that she needs to go back to school to learn how to treat clients. The main doctor called but she left just a general message, but there’s no reason to talk to her. She didn’t offer to give any money back nor did she offer any solution to the problem the damage was already done. Please do your research before you pick this if you look at the reviews, people had major issues when they had an emergency situation, the front desk is very Rude They also had her on their charts marked as canceled many times and a no-show, which is not true. She emailed them. They just never check their email. High priced Four the subpar experience they bring to the table if they take this review down and go to Yelp there will be a review there. Buyer beware This is our experience and we have three dogs that had never had a problem in the villages in Tampa and up north until now They are being reported to the American veterinary board for the horrible service that they gave to our six month 3 pound Chihuahua Lucy if you have a puppy beware and if you have an elderly dog, definitely beware because emergency situations are not their strong suit
